WINTER'S POINT OF VIEW

"Hi, Winter!" Flinn said as she went near me. Lauren was just laughing beside Flinn. 

Instead of looking to Flinn, I looked at Lauren. "What's funny, Lauren?" 

She shrugged her shoulders. "Nothing," then she kept on laughing again. 

I rolled my eyes and looked at Flinn. "Looks like your boyfriend isn't with you," I said. Three days have passed from the day that we went to mall. And every time I saw Flinn, Louiegie is with her until now.

"He told me he needs to review for the quiz bee. I don't really know what subject it is," she shrugged her shoulders. 

I looked at Lauren irritatedly when her laughter became louder. "Can you please stop from laughing? You looks crazy," I rolled my eyes.

"I don't care if I looks crazy. I just wanted to laugh."

"What makes you laugh, huh?"

"Ryu," Lauren simply answered. I was about to say something when she put her index finger on my lips. "Don't question me why, Winter." She removed her finger. "Let's just see each other at the classroom later. Bye!" She left after it.

Flinn and I looked at each other. "Are they together?" we both asked to each other then we both shrugged our shoulders. Flinn looked at my back. "Babe!" I looked at who she called and there, I saw Louiegie coming near us. 

He kissed Flinn's cheek. "Sorry, I'm late, babe. Shall we go?" he asked, smiling.

"Of course, babe!" Flinn is really energetic. "Do you want to come with us, Winter?"

"Is that a date?" I asked and she nodded. "Then, I won't come." I left them after I said those words. Actually, I really wanted to come, but if I will, I will just looks like a third wheel to them and I don't want it to happen.

While I'm walking to the cafeteria, I saw Rye, walking to my direction. He didn't saw me because he's looking down. Since I'm bored, I have decided that I'll just follow him. 

I stopped when he stopped. I looked at where is he looking at and I saw Flinn and Louiegie sitting on the baseball field. They are talking to each other, smiling. I hid when Louiegie's gaze turned to my direction. 

I diverted my gaze to Rye and I saw tears falling down his cheeks while watching them. And when he can't watch them anymore, he turned his gaze to me and caught me looking at him.

I went near him. "That's just right for you because you hurt my friend. If you didn't hurt her, you would be the one that's on Louiegie's place right now." I was about to leave when he held my wrist. 

"I'm sorry Winter. I know I broke the promise that I told you, but please say to Flinn that I love her so much. I really am," he said, crying. 

I removed his hand on my wrist. "Don't say that to me because I won't surely say that to Flinn. Instead, say that to her."

"But I can't because she is already happy right now and surely, she won't come back to me anymore."

I rolled my eyes. "If you really love her, then let her go because just like what you said, she's already happy with someone else, so let her be. True love doesn't mean possessiveness. Because true love means letting go." I left him after it.

I really don't understand those people that wanted their loved one to be only theirs. If I were them, I would just find a person that's okay with their possessiveness. 

I went to the cafeteria to buy a snacks. After it, I went to the faculty room. "Oh, bakit ka nandito, Ms. Schneider?" Miss Mendoza asked when she saw me.
