G/T Short Stories 1 [ COMPLETED ]

This story don't need a name :3

I love her.

It's impossible to deny.
I love a giant.
How foolish of me to fall for her.
Gosh.. A part of me wishes I hadn't.. There was no way for me to be with her as a boyfriend. It just doesn't work like that. Right..?
Her name was Adalyn.. She sat just a couple feet away from me, typing away at her computer. Writing her story, I presumed, though I didn't check. It seemed like nothing would pull my gaze away from her beautiful eyes. She didn't even need to look directly at me for me to get lost in their sparkle.
"Hey, Mylo.. what do you think would be better? A kissing scene for a love plot or a tragic betrayal?" She spoke softly but I can't say I knew what she said exactly. I heard the word kissing though. Instantly I could feel my face redden.
"I'll take a kiss.. yea.." I muttered quietly under my breath.
Adayln looked at me, a furrowed brow. Did she.. hear me?
"A kissing scene-" I quickly tried to brush away the statement I just said. "I think a kissing scene would be better than betrayal. You know I'm never for a fight or rivalry."
She nodded slowly, still looking at me with an odd expression.
My face was probably as red as a tomato at this point. I knew she had good hearing but I hadn't thought it would be that good of hearing. It wasn't... Right?
"Hmm.." She squinted her eyes at me curiously but then continued, "Wanna watch some videos?"
I let out a deep breath of relief. She didn't hear me.
I nodded less than a second later, letting Adalyn scoop me up off of the desk. She walked to the bed and plopped down with ease, opening her phone to YouTube. Then she started to play one of the first interesting ones that popped up.
She set me on her shoulder and readjusted get position to half laying against the back board of the bed.
The video was ten minutes long, yet somehow I ended up getting tired. Maybe it was because I was listening to her talk.. Her voice was so nice to listen too.
It wasn't long before I let myself slump a bit against her neck. She didn't flinch as I did so, but she did giggle a bit.
"Tired, hm?" She asked, reaching up and ruffling up my hair. I yawned with a small smile.
"Yeah.. a bit." I muttered, letting my eyes close.
Just as I did so, Adayln picked me up by the waste and held me in front of herself. I quickly opened my eyes as it happened, seeing her soft smile and bright grey eyes.
"What?" My voice came out a bit groggy as I rubbed my eye.
She didn't say a word.
Instead, she slowly brought me up to her face, planting a soft kiss on the top of my head.
Instantly, my face went red and my eyes went wide. What - ?
"Ah... What was that for.?" I asked, stumbling over my words as I spoke. She just laughed at my reaction and brought me away from her face.
"Are you upset?" She asked with a smirk, her eyes bearing down to mine.
"Eh.. no." I stuttered, looking away and rubbing the back of my neck. Gosh.. I was definitely in love.
"Mylo.." Adayln lifted me to eye level, and used her finger turn my face towards her.
I felt my heart melt as she spoke again.

"I love you."
