3rd POV:

Two weeks have passed, and Golden Week was upon the fellow volleyball players. Maxi had almost finished all her work except for science, which she was planning to do on quiet nights in the cabin near the gyms. She hasn’t talked to Kuroo since the time they fought, silencing him or ignoring his texts in general.
Reba has finished half of her summer homework, wanting to work on it bit by bit. She hung out with Kenma a lot during those past two weeks. She wanted to hang out with Maxi, but every time she asked she would say she was quite busy.

Maxi was the first one to arrive at the cabin, being early as usual. She put signs on each door that she had made, indicating what room was which room. She also left a note on the front door telling everyone what they needed to do once they came in.

She walked into the locker rooms and changed into her gym clothes. She also put her black sleeve on her left arm and headed into the gym. She started some extra laps around the gym as a girl walked in. To Maxi’s surprise, Reba wasn’t late. Once she accounted for everyone she told them that they would be doing a morning run, for it was only 7:15 in the morning.

Once the girls got back from their morning run, they started normal drills such as receiving, spiking, and serving. They had a couple of water breaks that would let up to five minutes. And Maxi let them have a cool down while everyone sat and chatted.

When they stopped doing their last play, Coach Nekomata walked in and said,

“Well then, the girls that aren’t going to cook for the boys, start doing the diving drills.”

Most of the girls groaned but quickly shut up as Maxi stared at them. Something felt off to the group of girls, but the only thing that Maxi returned was a smile.

Maxi bowed to Coach Nekomata as she and Reba walked to the kitchen. They already had ingredients set in front of them, so Maxi instructed Reba what to do. Reba than spoke up,

“Are you feeling okay Maxi?”

“Yeah,” she said, giving her a smile.

“Is everything okay with you and Kuroo?” she asked once again.

“Oh everything is great, no need to worry,” she replied, slicing the meat on the cutting board a bit harder.

“Oh cut the crap, I can tell that you’re not okay. I think everyone has noticed. Now tell me, what is really happening?”

“I don’t want to talk about it. I’m not someone to talk about my feelings that much. Let just say Kuroo and I are on a bad note that’s all,” she told her, continuing to cut the meat, and having one tear spill on the meat.

“You literally called him his last name, something must be wrong!” Reba shouted at her.

“Why don’t you ask Mr. Bedhead himself?! He should know everything,” saying the last part sarcastically, waving the knife around.

"Hey, chill out! Please, be careful with the knife."  She said, lightly grabbing her left wrist.
"Look, you don't have to tell me, but I am always here to listen."

“As I told you before, ask Kuroo if you want any information,” she said irritated, staying way too silent after that.

The food was just about ready to serve, and Rebecca looked like she had enough of the silent treatment. She walked down to the gym, where the boys just finished their practice.

"Kuroooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Rebecca shouted, as she slammed the gym doors open. The whole gym went silent, as Rebecca walked over to Kuroo.

"We need to talk." She said, looking like she was about to put Kuroo six feet underground. She grabbed Kuroo by his ear, and dragged him out. The whole gym looked like they were praying for Kuroo, as Kenma was terrified.
