Third POV

Kokichi woke up to Kaito panicking about something and he was trying to find something. "Kaito babe what's wrong..?" Kokichi yawned "oh thank god you're okay!" Kaito said hugging Kokichi tightly, Kokichi still sleepily slowly put his arm around the other. "Are you feeling alright?" "Yeah why..?" Kokichi said groggily "you have blood coming from your mouth.." kaito said letting go of Kokichi and Kokichi's eyes widened and rubbed his mouth "o-oh um give me a minute" Kokichi grabbed his phone and went to the bathroom acting like he got a call "mhm.....oh okay...so you want me to walk..yeah yeah alright love ya!" Kokichi said and pretended to hang up and put on his shoes "sorry Kaito my mom said I gotta walk home like now....safety reasons i guess!" Kokichi lied. Thank God hes a professional liar. "Oh..do you want me to wal-" "nope I got it! Tell you Grandma thanks and that I left!" Kokichi said not even changing from Kaitos clothes. Kokichi threw his backpack over his back and ran to the door "love you babe! See you!" Kokichi said running out the door and began running down the street eventually getting lost. He sighed and looked around him, his lungs felt like they were on fire. He checked how much money he had in his bag "20 dollars..I can get some snacks."

Kokichi started walking to the nearest store and bought a snack. When he left he sat on a curb and started eating some of his snack before being startle by a bunch of people from my school walking and saw Miu Iruma.. "hey cockichi!" Kokichi sighed and stood up and felt a sickness wave wash over him "hey! Dont ignore me!" "S-shut up you c-cumdumpster..." Kokichi said leaning over a bit as the sickness just got worse and worse "Miu..Kokichi doesn't look well enough for your shit.." Rantaro said walk over to Kokichi "h-hey!" Miu said.

Rantaro rubbed Kokichis back for a second not think anything would happen as he was just trying to soothe him. Seconds later kokichi stood up straight to thank Rantaro for making the others and Miu leave, but before he could speak he started coughing; he started coughing into his hand non stop till he soon realized he was coughing up blood. "Holy- Kokichi are you alright!?" Rantaro asked panicing as Kokichi shook his head over and over again; at the point his hand was soaked with the bright pink substance making it drip to the floor and Rantaro was calling the ambulance.

After a bit Rantaro was helping Kokichi stay up and not fall and pass out on the ground. "Kokichi, you'll be okay the ambulance is almost here.." Rantaro said trying to calm the other down even though he was in a coughing fit. About a second after he said that he saw the ambulance and started waving his hand in the air frantically as the ambulance came up to them and took Kokichi and Rantaro jumped into the back of the car with them.

Rantaro followed the doctors inside and saw Shuichi "R-Rantaro..? What's going on?" Shuichi asked "oh yeah you work here now..well its Kokichi.." Rantaro sitting with Shuichi since he was on his break. "W-what's wrong with Kokichi?" Shuichi looked a bit worried. "I found him like miles away from his house near the 11037 on keel street (it's not the A for jokes but I still did it.) And Miu was bugging him and he didn't look well at all so I butt in. And soon enough he fell into a coughing fit and eventually started coughing out blood and his hand was soaked." Rantaro said and sighed then noticed he had Kokichis bag "that's bad.." Shuichi said.

I picked up the bag and unzipped it "wow.." I said "what's wrong?" "Look at all these medications.." Rantaro said grabbing one and reading it. "Are they his?" Shuichi asked "mhm.." Rantaro said than noticed Kokichis phone going off. He grabbed it "do you remember his code?" "Yeah its____" Rantaro unlocked it to see a bunch of texts from Kaito "o-oh yeah Kaito and Kokichi started dating..." Shuichi said "w-we'll tell him at school..cause I dont have my phone..." "and my phone got taken away.."

"Oh god this is going to be hard to explain..." they said in unison.
