Kokichi POV

I couldn't stop thinking of Kaito the rest of the day after lunch, I'm happy he decided to hang out with me...

~le flash back bitch~

"I've always wanted to go to space one day!..it's a huge dream of mine to be honest"  Kaito explained and I looked down a bit "h-hey Kokichi? Did I say something wrong?" He said lifting my chin up and I blushed a bit "no..i just...guess you got me thinking i really don't have a dream of what to do...I always said I was going to be a leader of an organization but let's be real it happen soon enough..." I sighed and looked back up at him his hand still holding my chin "it'll happen soon Kichi! People would love to be in a...organization! " I giggled at how he said 'organization' like he was trying to say it correctly or something like that. "Neeheehee~! Would youuu join it Momota-Chan?" I smiled blushing "of course!"

I smiled wide and Kiibo handed me something I looked at it and sighed before grabbing it and taking one of the pills when nobody was paying attention. All my teachers knew and the never bothered me much, to say the least the dont make me do much but I still at least TRY to get my grades good on my OWN. I gave kiibo the bottle and he smiled and so did I. Someone touched my shoulder making me jump a bit and I then remembered Kaito sat next to me in most of my classes (by choice) I turned to him "do you have a pencil I could borrow?" He asked quietly and I smiled and nodded grabbing my pencil bag and grabbed a pencil handing it to him "thanks bro" he smiled his dorky smile and went back to doing his work.

~after school~

Kaito POV

When the bell rang me and Kokichi got our stuff together soon after I grabbed his bag for him even after he insisted he was fine. "C'mon Kichi!" I said looking at the grape wearing my jacket and noticed he looked up at me his eyes looking, dull....almost dead even..but he must just be tired.......I hope..

"Do you want me to carry you?" I said without thinking, he blushed a bit then nodded shyly which was weird..but cute! I set down our bags and kneeled down and he hesitantly got on my back and held onto me, I grabbed out bags and stood up straight and we began walking to my house.

When we got there I opened the door "oh Kaito dear! Welcome home! I see you've brought a friend?" My grandma smiled and I set Kokichi down and set our bags down. "Yeah!" I looked at Kokichi and he took off his checkered mask "I'm Kokichi Oma!" He smiled widely and my grandma introduced herself.

"Alright you two go have fun! I'll call you down when dinner is ready!" She smiled "alright grandma!" I said and grabbed Kokichi's hand taking him to my room and we sat down. "Oooo! You have a TV in here! Do you have any good movies to watch?" Kokichi as looking through my movies "hmmm...to be honest I dunno"

Kokichi looked through my movies until he found a horror movie, ah of course. "Dont say anything we're watching it~!" Kokichi giggled and I chuckled "alright alright" I chuckled and we sat on my bed after Kokichi shut off the lights.

The movie started and Kokichi just started at the tv and jumped a few times, but not as much as me "h-how do you just w-whatch these!?" I asked hugging him and he tried wiggling free but to no avail. "I dunno, guess just lived a horror movie" he chuckled and I looked at him "what do you mean by that Kichi..?" I looked at him worried and his head turned to me and I looked into his dull eyes, he was always smiling but ever since a few years ago his eyes have been getting more dull; and I worry about it, a lot.

"Ohhh nothing!!~" he sang and jumped at a jumpscare(that was going to happen because they weren't paying attention) making him cuddle me and making me blush. "Boyysss! Dinner!!!" My grandma called and I picked up Kokichi bridal style "I can walk on my own Kaito.." he said blushing "dont care. And you still look sickly, are you sure your fever is gone..?" I asked straight up "yup! Time for dinner!" He said and I chuckled forgetting what I had asked. I set him down and we sat at the table with my grandparents.

"So Kokichi," my grandma started "are you sick?" She asked and he shrugged a bit "I had a fever recently so it might just be the aftermath of it!" He smile, he seems so happy but I still can't stop realizing that he looks..dead..or sickly. I hope he's alright...
