Piper's POV:
Tears rolled my cheeks silently. Amy had left to get some food for us so I was alone in her room. My heart was breaking and I couldn't do anything about it. I hugged my knees to my chest and rocked myself back and forth. I wanted to be with Finn so much. Why had I broken up with him? He was the best thing that happened to me. Hands shaking I pulled out my phone and dialled Finn's number. It rung out so I left a voicemail. Easier. "Finn I know you probably never want to hear from ever again. But I wanted to let you know that I love you. I will always love you. But somethings just aren't meant to be. Maybe it's best we parted ways before we got in too deep. I love you Finn. Just remember that." I finished speaking and dropped my phone. I had said my final piece.

Finn's POV:
My phone rang, breaking through my haze of depression. I checked the caller ID. It was Piper. I wanted, needed, to talk her. But I had no strength left. I was a shell of a person without Piper. The call went to voicemail. "Finn I know you probably never want to hear from ever again. But I wanted to let you know that I love you. I will always love you. But somethings just aren't meant to be. Maybe it's best we parted ways before we got in too deep. I love you Finn. Just remember that." Tears fell from my eyes. "I love you Piper, more than you could ever know," I whispered into the air. Piper was everything to me. And now I had nothing left.

Piper's POV:
Eventually Amy came back. She saw the phone on the floor and gasped. "Piper why did you call him?" "To say goodbye." She nodded, understanding what I meant and placed the food on the counter. It was pizza. I tried to take a bite but my stomach churned. It was reminding me of Finn. I pushed it away and shook my head. Amy just nodded and put it in the trash. I lay back down and said quietly, "how long does it take for love to die?" "Forever. Finn's your soulmate." I sighed, I would never stop loving Finn. How could I ever come back from this. "Amy I need you to do something for me." "Anything." I grabbed a piece of paper and wrote something on it. "Give this to Finn. Don't read it." She nodded, "I'll go do it now. I'll also grab your suitcases." I nodded.

Finn's POV:
After what seemed like forever, I hauled myself off the floor and onto the bed. My heart ached for Piper, I needed her. Suddenly someone knocked on the door. My heart lifted, hoping it was Piper. I opened the door. My heart sank again. It was Amy. "Im here to collect Piper's stuff." I nodded and let her come in. I sat on the bed and watched as she packed up Piper's stuff. After she had finished she sat down heavily next to me. "Piper told me to give this to you." It was a slip of paper with one sentence on it.

I gripped the piece of paper tighter and turned to Amy. "Will Piper ever forgive me?" She smiled sadly, "she already has. But her trust is broken." She gave my hand a squeeze and stood. She began wheeling the suitcases away when she stopped in the door frame. "Piper loves you Finn. Before we arrived at Josh's hotel room she was already shouting. She told me what she was shouting. She was protecting you. But you didn't protect her. And for that you sacrificed your relationship." She left and I sat their in silence, staring at the slip of paper.

Piper's POV:
Amy came back in with all of my suitcases. She left them by the door and came to lie down next to me. "Finn loves you." I sighed, "love isn't enough without trust and support." Amy nodded, "I'm here for whatever you need." I smiled weakly and took her hand. "Thank you Amy." My eyes closed softly as I fell asleep from exhaustion.

Two hours later I awoke to see Amy sitting in a chair playing on her phone. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. "Amy?" She looked up and smiled to see me awake. "Amy can we go talk to Emily?" She nodded and I went to the bathroom to make myself look halfway presentable. I came out in fresh clothes and Amy and I left. We found Emily's room and knocked. She opened the door and looked at us before letting us in. She sat us down and asked, "you need help don't you?" I nodded and she picked up her phone and dialled Nicks number. "Get to my room. Now." She hung up and turned back to us. "So Piper, I heard what happened. News travels fast on this team."  I chuckled half heartedly and replied, "that's not why I came here." She looked surprised, "so why is it?" I told her the whole story, start to finish. Nick came in halfway through so I had to restart my story again. At last I finished and the two adults stared at me. Nick broke it, "so you're saying someone is out to get you-and Finn." I nodded and Nick stood up. "I'm getting this team security. Safety is our first priority." Emily was still sitting there, thinking. "Piper," she said softly, "where is Finn?" I cringed and shook my head. Emily turned her business voice back on, "Amy go get Finn. It's his safety too." Amy glanced at me, looking for confirmation. I nodded very slightly and she left. "Piper. This isn't your fault." "I'm not even sure anymore."

Finn's POV:
I was sat on the bed when someone, again, knocked on my door. I opened it to see Amy. "Come with me. Emily wants you." She left, not even checking to see if I was following. I put on shoes quickly and chased after her. We made our way to Emily's room in silence. Once we arrived Amy went in and gestured for me to follow. Immediately my gaze fell on Piper. She was slumped in a chair and her eyes were red. She was looking at anything but me and I felt my heart crack even more. I wanted so badly to be the one who comforted her but it wasn't my place. I sat down in a chair and Amy went to go sit next to Piper. Emily addressed the room, "unfortunately we cannot do anything about finding who this disgusting person is. However, we need to do what we can. Your safety is our priority and I will not allow you to compromise it. There will be some rules you have to follow:
1. You will not go anywhere alone. Amy you will stay with Piper and Finn....we'll find you someone.
2. You are in no way allowed to contact or attempt to find this person. We are not walking directly into the danger.
3. Under no circumstances are Finn and Piper allowed to be alone together. If the enemy were to find you together he could take out both of you at once." We nodded along and I saw Piper look nervously at Amy. They said something to each other just by a look. I knew it was about me. Emily went through the details of our security until finally we were allowed to leave. I looked at Piper one more time before I left to go back to my room. Alone.

Somewhere far away
He slammed his hands into his keyboard. Those children had security now! It was going to be a lot harder than he thought messing with them. But he had plenty of support. He could do it. People were going to hurt.
