'I...I don't understand...' Ehi responded flustered. She couldn't even look at Iyoma because she was ashamed of herself.

'You can't even look at me, yeye girl. I know what you did last night, or should I say who you did' Iyoma broke into fits of giggles.

Ehi looked up at friend now confused because there's no way Iyoma would find out her mistake with Bisi and not attack her the minute she walked into the compound. Iyoma went rabid when it came to Bisi, she would have been trying to strangle Ehi now if she'd known about last night.

Ehi felt a tinge of relief because she was sure now that Iyoma didn't know about Bisi because she was smiling now, so what the hell was she on about.

'What are you talking about?' Ehi asked without stuttering now. Iyoma smirked 'You and Angel...last night huh?' she said smiling.

Ehi rolled her eyes, she'd almost had a heart attack minutes ago and Iyoma was only talking about Angel.

She pushed her way into the house and hurried to her room to change and scrub her skin clean before Iyoma started smelling Bisi over her.

Iyoma pulled her back by the arm to stop her hurried movements. 'I don't get why you're overreacting, I'm not angry that you slept with Angel yesterday. I'm actually very happy for you, it's been five years already!' Iyoma said excitedly.

Ehi's heart broke inside as she felt another stab of guilt, she'd betrayed her best friend and if Iyoma ever found out....

If Iyoma ever found out then that could be the possible end of their friendship.

'come and give me the gist na' Iyoma pleaded and pulled Ehi to their living room.

Once they were seated on the sofa facing each other, Iyoma winked at Ehi who was tensed now.

'Soooooo......was he big, was he good, how was it?' Iyoma squealed.

Yes.....

She shook her head as if that could clear out the wayward thoughts in her head, wayward thoughts of Bisi.

'No' she murmured.

Iyoma's excitement faded instantly, she touched Ehi's arm lightly. 'No ke, was it that bad?' Iyoma asked surprised.

'No...I mean....Iyoma I wasn't with Angel last night' Ehi said and took a deep breath in.

'So why didn't you come home last night, who were you with? And don't try to bullshit me, you looked extremely suspicious outside...minutes ago' Iyoma narrowed her eyes.

Ehi sighed 'I wasn't with Angel last night, what gave you that idea?' Ehi asked.

'Angel didn't come home last night and neither did you. Of course I assumed you two had a tryst or something' Iyoma shrugged.

Ehi stared at her nails thoughtfully. If Angel didn't come home last night, did that mean he'd gone out with another woman or had something bad happened?

'So who was it?' Iyoma asked curiously. 'Was it Mr Kayode, you finally agreed to date him?' Iyoma pestered on.

'No ewwww, he is married Iyoma. Drop it already, I really need to sleep. You've not even asked why I'm home early' Ehi sighed.

'I was going to ask after you've told me why you didn't come home last night, so start spilling one after the other' Iyoma said staring at Ehi pointedly.
