Those words that Ali just mentioned made me start to hyperventilate. I gasped for air and Ashlyn comes by my side.

Ash - Lask, Copy my breathing, in and out, in and out.

My breathing returns to normal.

AJ - he can't take me. Please don't let him take me.

Ali - Baby I will try very hard but I can't promise anything.

AJ - Please mom, promise

Ali POV

I get a phone call and go to answer,

A - Hi Ali Krieger speaking

R - Hi Miss Krieger, I am the judge for you custody battle and have to let you know that you must have no contact with Miss Alaska until after the case. Your lawyer will be ringing you soon to go after the details. If you try to contact Alaska it will loosen your case of getting full custody of her.

A - Ah ok, Thanks.

I hang up and go speak to Ash

Ali - We have to go now

Ash - Why?

AJ - Yea why?

Ali - That was the Judge for the case and ash and I can't be in contact with you for the entirety of the case.

AJ - NOO

Ali - Its ok, I love you though, but we have to go

Ash - Bye Baby Kriegs

AJ - Bye Ash and Ali.

They all leave and I go back to my room. I think I can't believe my dad or ben is doing this too me.

I decide to text Victoria:

AJ - Hey are you free to talk or hang out? x

V - Yea sure, Ill come pick you up, do you want me to bring Harper as well? xx

AJ - Ah yes please!!! x

V - Ill be there soon.

Victoria POV

I go to grab Harper and find her in Brooklyn's room.

V - Harps go put your shoes, we are going some where

H - Where are we going mommy?

V - Some where

B - Can I come?

V - um....

B - Are you seeing AJ?

V - Yea she wanted to talk to me and I suggested bring Harper

B - Why didn't she text me?

V - Brook, I don't know. text her maybe. See you later.

Harper and I hop in the car and goes to AJ.

AJ POV

As I'm waiting for Victoria, I get a text from Brooklyn

B - Hey what's up, why did you need to see my mom?

A - Oh I just need to talk to someone that wasn't a male and over 20.

B - Las you can tell me anything

A - My dad is getting custody of me and I cant see my Mom or Ash until after the case and I get need someone to talk to.

B - Oh I'm sorry, Text me whenever
