Chapter 9: Murder! Murder!

Narrator's pov

Izzy woke up from her sleep, she already buy a dress and now the only missing is a mask for the masqurade ball she spotted a letter for her she raised an eyebrow who could send her this letter? She open the letter and it reads:

'Dear Izzy Angelica,

I'll see you on the Masqurade ball with your stupid, weakling doctor and I will promise you that it will be a blast.

-Mr. Edward Hyde'

Izzy gasp, she stills remember what Dr. Jekyll said to her she better warn Dr. Jekyll about this letter soon as possible until her mind was cut out when there's a knock on the door she opens it to revealed Izzy's Health teacher Ms. Elizabeth

Ms. Elizabeth: " Izzy, today we have a meeting at the audiotorium you better be there Izzy "

Izzy: " yes ma'am "

Ms. Elizabeth close the door, Izzy went to the bathroom to take a quick shower wear her usual clothes take a good look in the mirror before she exits her room but she almost forgot her brass goggles her brass goggles became her eyesglasses and she always wear it every single day

She went downstairs and went to the school that was actually connected to the mansion to were she's living, she went to the 3rd floor to see the audiotorium is filled with teens, and adults while the kids are on the 2nd floor

Izzy went to the fifth row of the table she sat down on the chair with some students that she don't know about 6 minutes the  teachers including Professor Charles the teachers silent the students which it did Professor Charles cleared his throat and start talking:

Professor Charles: " good morning students, today we had some bad news. Three students spotted two security guards found dead behind a tree back the mansion and the murderer killed 4 children, and 5 teens at there dorms I wanted everyone to come home early and please tell the teachers if you students were going out late to a party or ball something occassion "

The students were quiet but some students are starting gossiping and whispering to each other but Professor Charles sigh and said to the students:

Professor Charles: " oh! And class has been cancelled "

The students cheeres and hug each other from joy they dismissed from the meeting while Izzy was about to walk at the library to reveiw an upcoming semester her teacher Mr. Randy stop her

Mr. Randy: " Izzy, someone likes to meet you at the main lobby "

Mr. Randy led Izzy to the main lobby to her suprise it was Dr. Jekyll Mr. Randy cleared his throat to get the good doctor his attention Dr. Jekyll thanked him then proceeded to his duties leaving Izzy and Dr. Jekyll alone on the main lobby

Izzy: " so... Dr. Jekyll why are you here? "

Dr. Jekyll: " I heard the news from Professor Charles and... I was worried for you "

Izzy: " wait... how did you know about Professor Charles? "

Dr. Jekyll: " I met him at Mr. Uttereson and Emma's engagement party last 4 years "

Izzy: " oh... ok, also I had a letter from Mr. Hyde "

Dr. Jekyll frozed on his tracks maybe Pooles was right Hyde DID go to Izzy's room to send her a letter, Izzy gave him the letter Dr. Jekyll opens the letter then start reading after reading the letter he look at Izzy and ask:

Dr. Jekyll: " how did you get this? "

Izzy: " *shrugged* don't know, when I woke up I saw this letter on my table side of my bed "

Dr. Jekyll: " you better stay away from him "

Izzy: " alright, but why? "

Dr. Jekyll: " because he is dangerous I'd be the one who is getting into trouble because of him but when he found out I met you he changed the plans "

Izzy: " Dr. Jekyll, are you in trouled or alright because everytime I see you, you still have dark circles on your eyes especially your eyes they turn red too "

Dr. Jekyll's eyes widened at fear he turn around in a hurry to get to the door he could feel his body shaking and the pain on him but he was stopped when Izzy opens her mouth

Izzy: " Dr. Jekyll, is everything ok? "

Dr. Jekyll: " y-yes... I forgot that I-I have a-a patient t-to visit I-I should g-get going now i-it's nice to-to m-meet y-you I-Izzy "

With that he shut the door so loudly that echoed throught the halls which cause Izzy to have shivers on her spine but curiosity filled her mind

But little did she know that the man she like and the man he hate is the same men stuck in one body.
