It was night, the starry sky lifting the mood in the ball room as many people became more active.

There's people in suits and dresses, all nicely talking to each other and expensive glasses of champagne were being handed over from hand to hand.

The host was observing it with careful eyes.

All the guests managed to not stick out, except for the few he hadn't expected to come.

The kitty gang.

The host had originally planned to leave them out, but if their leader was aware of the party, it wouldn't do any good to the closed community.

The Jeon clan was the most feared among them all and they were the ones hosting meetings consisting of several clan leaders and Mafia bosses. Even though the kitty gang was a gang no one liked, nobody dared to not invite them. Their boss was reckless and uncooperative, but still demanded to be invited to the meetings. If they didn't, he'd kidnap and kill several important members of the gangs without a trace of how they did it.

Park Jimin was indeed a sneaky bastard, but that was also the reason the Jeon clan's leader's son was so interested in him. He had wanted to make several deals with the kitty gang, wanting it to benefit his family, but his father didn't permit him to do so.
"They are not trustworthy, son. I don't want you to be wrapped around his finger.", he'd always said.

Jungkook himself was the boss of a gang under his father's name and also the next in line for clan leader. His father always made sure he made the right decisions, but the Kitty gang wouldn't leave his mind.

Their eyes met.

Jungkook couldn't look away as Jimin's seductive eyes lured him in. The kitty gang leader licked his lips and broke their staring session to talk to his assistant.

The meeting was pretty boring to Jungkook as he was just sitting next to his father and greeted the Mafia bosses when they passed by him. He was still young and needed more  variety in his life. If he had had a choice, he wouldn't be sitting here. Instead, he would be in a studio, singing and composing music to show the world. But as a Jeon, he couldn't choose.

He sat in the chair, his head resting on his hand and sighed.

"Mr. Jeon, Mr. Park would like to talk to you privately.", at that name both heads of father and son snapped up. A tall man dressed in a purple silk shirt and black pants was standing in front of him, obviously a member of the kitty gang as seen on the tattoo on his hand.

"No, my son is not interested. He won't meet your leader.", his father butted in.

"I did not ask you, Mr. Jeon. I asked your son and I'd like to know his answer.", Junghyun squinted his eyes at the challenging tone of the man. How dare he talk back to the great Jeon?

He then glared at his son, who was still contemplating his answer. On one hand Jungkook didn't want to disappoint his father, but on the other he still wanted to meet the Park boss one day.

"I'll come with you.", he finally said after a long silence.

"What? Son, I told you-"

"I'm sorry for interrupting you, father, but I promise I'll just go talk to him, nothing further."

Junghyun still didn't trust the kitty gang, just like everyone else. They've done things that broke the trust of most the gangs and clans.

The tall man led Jungkook through the ball room, to a secluded area where barely any people could see them. Very suspicious but nothing new to Jungkook. Alot of people wanted to talk to him privately without the eagle eyes of his father.
