BTW, this is my first story with Y/N included. Don't worry, I wont ship Y/N with Jikook or any other member. I'll refer to them as 'they/them' to keep it gender neutral. If you want more of these kind of stories, don't be shy and tell me. I'd be happy to write it.

"Jimin, stop staring. It won't make it any better.", Y/N tiredly said, tugging on Jimins pink Jean jacket.

The male was staring at Jungkook sitting on a blanket with his girlfriend. They were having a picknick in the park. Jungkook asked his best friends to come with him for support since it was his first date.

What Jungkook didn't know was that Jimin has always had a crush on him, but he was straight. It broke Jimin's heart when he told them that he had found a girlfriend.

Y/N had been telling him to get over Jungkook countless of times. It hurt them to see their bestfriend cry. They have known Jimin longer than they knew Jungkook.

It was hard for Jimin as finding a boyfriend in a school where most boys were straight was almost impossible.

Going back to the current situation, Y/N was still trying to get Jimin's attention. He still wouldn't listen. "Am I not good enough?", Jimin sighed. "Of course you are good enough, but he is straight. You can't change that."

"I guess you're right."

"Let's leave. I don't think he needs our support anymore. We could get some ice cream!"

No reaction.

Y/N's smile turned downwards. "Jimin", they sternly said. Jimin knew that tone. He couldn't ignore it because he knew his best friend was about to explode. They were holding their hand out for him to take. He hesitantly put his hand in their's and they dragged him to the next ice cream parlour, out of Jungkook's sight.

*6 month time skip*

Y/N's POV

"Hey guys, were you able to finish the science assignment? I was too busy.", I said as I walked up to them. They were standing at Jimin's locker.

"Of course you were busy. I think you were too busy playing Overwatch with me", Jungkook smirked.

"So I guess you didn't do it either..."

It was time.

"Jiminieeeee...." I wobbled my lower lip and used my puppy eyes on him.

"No Y/N. Why can't you do your own homework for once?"

"As I said, I was busy with Jungkook."

"Fine, but don't expect me to let you copy my homework all the time.",  he'd always say, but he'd never keep the promise.

Jimin was already reaching inside his bag to give his workbook to us, but Jungkook was distracted, so Jimin was uselessly holding it up, waving it in order for it to catch the younger's attention.

Why was he so distracted?

Oh.

His girlfriend.

She was standing at the end of the hallway, talking to her friends. Mina could be very nice, but she wasn't a good fit for Jungkook as I got bad vibes from her. Jungkook really loved her, though. You could see it in his eyes.
