Hitoka was nervous, because while (Y/n) knew Kiyoko very well, she wasn't aware that the two of them were dating. Her daughter wasn't an ignorant person, she wouldn't judge Hitoka for being with a woman, she was an accepting kid. When she was around six, Hinata's son stole her cookie and she just went with it so hopefully this wouldn't be very different.

"(Y/n), there you are!"

Even though Hitoka was nervous and sweating her skin off, she still was energetic when she went to pick up her daughter from school. Now that she thought about it, Kiyoko and (Y/n) were quite alike. (Y/n) was very quiet reserved, but she was a borderline genius unless it was math. They already got along, so she was feeling happier about introducing the black-haired woman as her girlfriend.

(Y/n) smooths out her long school skirt before walking over to her blonde-haired mother, a gentle smile on her face. (Y/n) wasn't exactly expressive, so Hitoka was a bit surprised, even more so when she noticed how flustered her daughter looked. Hitoka smiles, enjoying how happy (Y/n) seemed to be. Maybe something good happened today at school? She decided to ask about it, grabbing (Y/n)'s hand in her own.

"Did something good happen today? You look so happy," Hitoka asks, smoothing her fingers through (Y/n)'s (H/c) hair. The girl smiles widely, catching her mother completely off guard. "Yeah, I met this girl today... she's really pretty."

Oh.

Yeah, her and Kiyoko didn't have anything to worry about.
