One day, we stumble upon a small creek not too far from our house, discovered while walking our dog. We watch from a distance as our dog runs happily to the water, eagerly splashing about to cool off from the warm summer morning.

Inching closer, I gasp and happily point to one patch of grass right next to the water where a fat little frog sat. The sun beamed down upon him as he lay on a rock, gleaming in the light. He was tranquil, nothing bringing him more peace than laying on the warm rock. If one listened close enough, they would hear the soft croaks filling the air.

However, the frog's bliss came to a quick end as our eager pup splashed closer to him. He instantly leaped away, disappearing into the thick grass. It was a bit sad to see him go, knowing we disturbed his peace, but you quickly bring up the idea of having a pet frog of our very own as our hands intertwine. We continue the rest of our walk, excitedly dreaming up names for our hypothetical frog.
