We take a lazy day for ourselves, early summer. The air was warm, but not yet hot enough to be unbearable. As a way to welcome the new season, we plan to spend our day outside, taking it easy. I cut up some fresh fruits and try my best to make home-made lemonade; it's not the best, in my own opinion, but you tell me you find it amazing.

Sitting on a soft blanket in our backyard, we spend most of our time cloud-gazing. I fit perfectly in your arms, like you were made to hold me tightly. We make a fun game out of the clouds, finding the most unusual shapes and making stories out of them. We wind up laughing so hard that we nearly spill our lemonade all over ourselves.

Eventually, the sun begins to set and our cloud-gazing turns into star-gazing. If it wasn't for you, I would've wound up falling asleep in your embrace. The ten minutes we spend heading back inside and getting ready for bed is near torture, but when I, half-asleep, am able to be back in your arms, it all becomes worth it.
