Chapter 1 The showing

Nash's P.O.V

The house next door has been on the market for weeks and I'm kind of excited to see who moves in. I mean don't get me wrong I liked my old neighbors, it's just nice to have some change in the neighborhood every once and a while. There has barely been any showings though. There's a showing at 2:00, for a family with a daughter my age. I think they said her name is Ilyssa but I don't remember. A car pulled up in the house next door, I think that's there car, I better go meet them.

Ilyssa's P.O.V

Our Car pulled up to a huge house that was tan with a beige brick entry way, with two white pillars opening up to a patio in front of the door. This house looked so awesome! Right as we were about to go inside a boy with long brown hair that looked about my age came running over from next door. I feel like I've seen him before but that's impossible since we're moving from Minnesota to North Carolina. As he got closer I realized who it was. It was the Nash Grier! I was trying so hard not to freak out. I love him so much he is so funny, I watch him on YouTube all the time. He walked up to me and said "Hey I'm Nash". I literally almost fainted, but I managed to croak out "h-h-hi I-I'm Ilyssa". He held out his hand for me to shake, I ignored his hand and hugged him and said "I am a huge fan, I love your vines. Can I have a picture?"
He laughed a little bit and said sure. So we took a picture and I texted to all my friends. Then Nash and I went into the house with my parents and the realtor and started looking around. The entry way had a huge chandelier and a staircase behind it leading to a second level. We started looking on the main floor. There was a huge kitchen, a living room, a dining room, the laundry room and a door to the deck. As we were looking around the Nash started telling my parents about the area and how friendly it was and that the school was right down the road. As we descended down the deck it opened to a huge yard with a pool! "I love this house so much already and we haven't even seen the upstairs or the basement yet" I said. We went back inside and went upstairs and as we walked into the master bedroom Nash walked up beside me and we looked around the master bedroom together. It had a walk in closet and a private bathroom. "Mom if we move in here here I call dibs on this room!" Nash burst out laughing "dibs really?" "Yep" I said laughing and blushing a little bit. We finished looking around the house and then my parents came over and asked me,

"do you like this house?"

"Is that even a question, of course I do!" I said excitedly.

"Then we'll buy it because your father a I like it too she said."

"Yay!" I yelled and ran over to Nash.

"Nash, Nash guess what."

"What he said?"

"We're going to move in!"

"Really that's awesome!" he yelled.

"Nash," I said more seriously.

"yeah" he said with concern in his voice.

"I promise I won't fan girl every time I see you I said laughing.

Which made him laugh. "Okay he said." We walked out of the house and he opened the door to the car for me and we said goodbye and then we drove away.
