As Nirmala walked off with the rest of the Night pride to get some rest, she glanced over her shoulder to see the lion guard heading off in the opposite direction to do their patrol of the Tree of Life.
However something caught her eye.....It was kion. He wasn't with the rest of the lion guard she stopped to see if she could spot him. As luck would have it she spotted him disappear down a hill towards Chika Escarpment. She decided that this would be the best time and opportunity to talk to him.
"I'll catch up to you guys later I need to do something quickly....." Nirmala called out to the Night pride.
"Okay....?" They called back curiously with suspicion written all over their faces wonder what she was going to do.
— Time skip —
"Kion" Nirmala called out as she ran to catch up to him.
"What is it Nirmala?" Kion responded as she now slowed her approach.
"I just wanted to talk with you..." she answered shyly
"I'm all ears, you can tell me whatever" Kion informed her.
"Well...since you arrived here....I've sort started to like you.....really like you maybe even....love you?"
She confessed to him, blushing a dark shade of red.
"You see Nirmala...I really like you aswell" he replied also beginning to blush a dark shade of red.
It wasn't long before they locked together in a long loving nuzzle with each other, Kion resting her head against his chest and under his chin.
