Israel- Palestine (Poem)

Since 1948, they are fighting for the land

Offsetting their progress, because of their stubborn stand.

Oslo, Camp David, Taba; the summits when you tried

To forge a friendship, which you never abide.

The holy city ‘Jerusalem’, you fight so hard

The pious soil for Judaism, Christianity and Islam, you together should guard!

How can you forget your history rich

Always in the peace progress, there is a glitch.

It is either over getting, the deal of freezing of settlement renew

Or West Bank and Gaza trip, you argue.

Even the two nation theory is not fine

UNESCO’s acceptance of Palestine, you decline.

In the end, Palestine or Israel, you truly think you’ll gain from this war

Only, your people’s future it will scar.

Stop showing each other your might

To make amend, now is the time right!
