Chrollo

That was the man whom i loved, that was the man whom i needed. No matter how hard i had tried to bury my feelings deep into my heart, they would always find a way back. I loved everything about him, the way he talked to the way he walked. I was convinced that Chrollo was indeed the man i wanted to spend the rest of my life with. In that moment, Hisoka wasnt a part of my thoughts, all i could think of was Chrollo, it had always been that way.

Instinctively, i made my way to the roof of the abandoned building. My heart was beating ever so quickly, my hair swooshed around as i frantically twisted the rusty door knob that led to the roof. Upon opening the door, it was truly a sight to see. Chrollo gently gazed up at the night sky, the pitch black night wrapped itself around the stars, the moon watching from a distance. The specks of silver shine twinkled every second or two as Chrollo turned to face me, his usual slicked back hair was now flowing with the wind. His hair gently flowed with the wind, strands of hair framing his pale face as he reached a hand towards me. Stepping forward, i accepted his invitation.

The two of us sat on the edge of the roof, our legs dangling in the air as our fingers entwined with each others. His muscular hands wrapped around mine as he muttered the words I never thought I would be so happy to hear.

"Meeting you was a fate, being your friend; a choice. And falling in love, was bound to happen. You are the one who paints my world. You are the one who keeps me shielded, defends me from the brutality. You are the one I will die a thousand times for.
I chose you, and I am willing to repeat the action over and over. A million times over. I hurt you several times, yet here you stand, kissing me, like I am your hope. My icy heart melted by your fire, and embraced yours with the flutter of wild feelings I felt. Could anyone ever feel, or understand what we've been through? No, most certainly not. Thy pain is mine. I feel your pain raging in my soul, and turning my veins to ash. Not puppy love, I think. It's a match made in heaven. I feel incomplete without you. Every time I look at you, I feel love and inspiration coursing through me. How destiny writes fates, I see. You are my treasure. You taught me to dream fearlessly, and love limitlessly, though you didn't know what love is. I cherish you. Want to spend a lifetime with you. I worship you. I need you by my side, hooking fingers with mine. and together we will face the challenges life gives us.

Before my brain could even process what i had heard, i was already nodding my head frantically. Extending my hand out eagerly, Chrollo slipped on a diamond ring onto my finger. Its silver base humbly held a beautiful ruby gem that was adorned with smaller diamonds. Smiling softly, i stared not at the beautiful ring that adorned my finger, but at the man i was about to marry. The tears i held back finally broke through as Chrollo wrapped me in his arms, his fingers stroking my hair ever so softly as the two of us gazed back up at the night sky that seemed brighter than before. Chrollo gently cupped my left cheek, shifting to the side slightly. His lips softly grazed against mine as his hand supported my waist. We kissed. Neither of us wanting to stop despite loosing our breath. I felt so completed whenever i was around Chrollo, he was my missing piece and i was his. Hand in hand, we watched silently as the dark sky start to disappear, a sunny orange colour soon taking over. As my head gently rested on Chrollo's shoulder, i couldnt help but smile. The new day represented a new life..my new life with Chrollo. In the past, i had many decisions ive regretted. However, i knew that this decision was something i would never think twice about. Just like that, the two of us watched peacefully as the sun arose from its slumber, the happiest people alive.
