Truce 「Chapter １」

I got up from the bed as usual looked around my room nothing different as usual I wondered what Shuichi is doing and because of my curiosity I decided to go find him. I found him eating breakfast with everyone else at the table I went to sit next to him while skipping as a 'happy' approach "Hey, Saihara-kun~!" "Oh hey Kokichi." He didn't seem happy God this conversation is already awkward and I just arrived, I needed to start a conversation. "So uh Saihara -kun how did you sleep?" I said awkwardly "I slept fine, how about you?" "Oh I slept well I'm glad that Kaede didn't show!" Oh crap I said that out loud!  I started sweating a lot hoping he didn't hear me say that "What did you say kokichi?" YES! Thank you Atua! "Oh it's nothing important." Then Kaede showed up I hated her she always found a way for Shuichi to forget about me I hated her for it. She sat on the other side of Shuichi and glared at me, they both talked I knew they both had a lot in common and have been friends longer than me with Saihara-kun I got jealous she glared at me with a beady eyed look I hated that look because it looked better on her than me and she knew it.

After breakfast kokichi followed Shuichi and Kaede through the place of Hopes Peak as Kokichi hid behind a corner watching them "What can I do to win over Saihara's heart?!" I could possibly try to be friends with Kaede but it would be to suspicious but what if we made a truce? That could possibly work! Then I can betray her and do whatever in the hell I want to her! Kaede got up from her seat and walked up to me, well good thing I came up with a plan before she did "Why in the hell are you stalking us you freakin' creep!" "Kaede listen this isn't very easy for me to say but I want to make a truce with you" me of course sounding serious I mean I have to make it sound like I want the truce obviously "This is sketchy of you Kokichi and we both know it." "Kaede I'm tired of fighting! Don't you think it's just wasting our energy and time just fighting over Saihara-kun?! What if we both teamed up and we protect Saihara TOGETHER!? We could be unstoppable based on your knowledge and my skills of protecting." (that's obviously a lie)I can tell that Kaede wasn't sure about this idea but she agreed to our truce "Okay, promise me you won't try anything stupid!" I obviously agreed like the liar I am "I can say the same to you" we shook hands Jeez it was the weirdest ten seconds of my entire life!

We stared at each other "Anyways" Kaede says while wiping her hand on her skirt "I can't leave Saihara waiting so I should go." I thought to himself. " yeah right, like you're going to go alone I still don't trust you." Kokichi walked next to Kaede and whispered "You are not going alone, we both have to do this together let's just say we are allies" Kokichi walked faster and talked to Shuichi, Kaede hurried her speed up

I'm surprised that we all actually had a good time together! Me and Kaede somehow ended up having a lot in common I didn't I think of this before!? I feel like a huge idiot for it as Kokichi walked to his room he found a note on his bed...but he left his door locked the whole time I picked up the note and it said "your fucked Oma!" I didn't think of it as a big deal do I tossed it to my trash bin in the corner of my room " I bet the person who wrote the note was mad for some dumb reason & I don't have the energy to change my clothes" I yeeted myself onto the bed and fell asleep. Chapter 1 end!
