I gagged a thousand times in my past life –
black tongued, black lunged, and
ruptured by swallowed submissions, a blackened pit for a stomach.
I must admit, the gleam in your eye
was once quite charming.
A lowered lure latches lips onto a bare throat – imposter!
Guileless is my vacant head.
Tis not I, the con-man,
this shell was made in your image;
must you test for fidelity?
The apple of your eye gagged one-thousand-and one,
suckling on the sweet nectar of your pomegranate sins
I am the beholder; exoneration
is a blessing that can only be given by ___.
But do not fret, I am kind, and virtuous, and always yours.
Do not fear your regicide,
indelible, this is your absolution and
you inspire greatness.
