Training

I know this sounds dumb but thank you for nearly 50 reads. It means a lot to me.

Olivia's POV:

 I sit next to Mal on the bus. "Hey." She says trying to make conversation. "Hi, I'm sorry I haven't really talked to you a lot." I say feeling bad. "It's fine don't worry you will get to know everyone at your own pace, anyway you excited for your first training." Mal says hyping me up for training. "Yeah, I just hope I don't embarrass myself and take a ball to the face or some bullshit." I say laughing. "Oi, I heard that Lewis." I hear Tobin say. "Sorry Mum." I say laughing along with Mal. "You better be." Tobin says laughing but earning a slap from Christian. Me and Mal joked about for the rest of the journey. I didn't realise how nice she was until I had hung out with her. "We are here" I hear Vlatko yell from the front of the bus. "Guess we should head off then." Mal says after calming down from a laughing fit. "I guess we should Pew Pew." I say using my new nick-name for her. "Have fun at training, see you in the scrimmage, where if we are not on the same team I will beat your ass." she says laughing again. "I heard that Mallory." I hear Christian say from behind me. Just like Ash and Toby are like my parents, Christian is like Mals mum. "Sorry mother." Mal said in a sarcastic tone. "I will make you pay for that in training." Chris said walking out of the bus. "No, wait, please don't tackle me to hard." Mal yells chasing after her making the whole team laugh. I feel a arm rest on my shoulder. I flinch until I hear the voice. "Hey it's only me, come on let's head to training." Tierna says. "Okay, I'm sorry." I tell her feeling scared that she might not like me anymore. "Don't say sorry, I should be the one saying sorry, I blew up about it when you just needed someone to be there for you." She says sincerly. "I'm sorry." She says looking nervous. I grab her face and make her look at me. "I forgive you." I say smiling. She returns the smile but our moment was broken by someone dragging me. "Come on, if not you will be late to training, you've still got to put on your boots yet." I hear Ash tell me. 

Ash's POV:

We are at training and the goalies have a 15 minuet break. I use this time to talk to Liv. "Hey you are fucking great kiddo." I say. Somehow Toby hears me swear and starts yelling at me. "Ash no swearing around the kid okay!" "Okay Jesus Toby calm down." I yell back at her. "And don't call me Toby." She yells back before going back to training. "No but really kiddo your skilled." I say hoping she is enjoying her time. "You think, I've been a bit sloppy today." She says looking down obviously feeling upset with her performance. "Mate, if that's your sloppy play, I would hate to see your proper play, you would be on fire." I say getting a smile out of the teenager. "Thank you." She says looking happier than what she did  couple of minuets ago. "Also what was happening between you and Tierna a little while ago." I say smirking. "T-that was n-nothing." Liv says stuttering looking nervous. "Aww, do you like her." I ask smiling. "No, I mean, yeah, no, we have only just met." I watch as the kid basically has an internal battle with herself. "Well I am here if you need." I say trying to make sure she has someone to talk to. "Yeah but I'm gonna turn you down on that offer." She says laughing. "What? Why?" I ask her very confused. "Because me and Lillis were having a moment a little while ago and you didn't notice and you dragged me away from her, you are oblivious." She says still laughing. "For one, aww you call her Lillis and for two, I am sorry that I can't tell when people are having a moment." I say laughing too. "We were literally staring into each others eyes." She says blushing a bit. We then talked for the rest of the break until we hear Vlatko yell that we are going into scrimmages. 

Olivia's POV:

I can't believe that Ash couldn't see that we were having a moment. Anyway I don't like Lillis like that. I can't like her like that cause that would make me gay? or bi? or something like that and my dad always says that gay people are werido's. I can't give him another thing to be mad about. "Lewis!" I hear Ash yell. I look at her confused. "Scrimmage, remember." She says laughing. "Oh shit." I say kinda forgetting we were in training. "See Ash you have already corrupted her." I hear Toby yell at Ash. Scrimmage this will be fun...

I'm so sorry that I made fun of the LGBTQ+ community, I had to for the sake of the story but I love you all no matter what you identify as, being a lesbian I am also part of that community and I love it. I also just realised that tomorrow my online school starts up for real this time, so I might not be able to post that much. I will try my hardest to post at least 1 chapter everyday. At the weekends I just kinda guess and write as many chapters as I like.
