Chapter 14: Suprise!

~AUTHORS NOTE~

This chapter doesn't really make sense with the Christmas story I have written. But it's a cute chapter for Rebecca and Jared. I hope everyone had a good Christmas

I still had a smile on my face when I thought about everything that happened yesterday. It was amazing yesterday, even though all of the others had done it regularly for the past 3 years now, so they didn't think it was anything about it but I did. I left my room for the destination of the kitchen, I was really hungry.  .

When I went down it was silent, but it was 9AM. It was always loud at this time, there was usually a baby babbling and people talking. Then I saw a rose on the island in the kitchen. There was a note attached to it with my name on it.

Becca

These are a string of clues that will lead you through your day. The first thing you have to do today is meet your driver. He is standing by the door. Have a good day.

Jared

The note didn't really make any sense but I was going to play along and the note told me that my driver was at the door so I looked towards the door and there was Robert standing in a suit with a little drivers cap on. I couldn't help but laugh. He looked so funny. "This way Miss Rebecca." He said walking out of the door. I giggled as I followed his through door and to the car. He opened the door to the back seat of the car and I saw another rose with another note.

Rebecca

Well done for finding your driver and doesn't Bobby look great in his suit? Your driver will take you to a suprise location where you will meet your personal assistant and you will also meet your personal shopper. Hope you are having fun.

Jared

We were in the car for a while so I texted Jared, he didn't answer me. After waiting for his reply for about 20 minutes I texted Jen instead, she didn't answer either. I figured after that, that nobody was going to answer me for the day so I just listened to music.

When we got to the suprise location I saw that it was a mall. There was quite a lot of people there but I saw Lana and Emilie standing by the entrance. Emilie walked up to me and she was holding a rose. This one had yet another note on.

Rebecca

You found your assistant, Emilie. Well done. I hope that you can see Lana as well, she is going to help you find something to wear for the finale of your day. Have fun!

Jared

Lana waved to me to tell me to go inside after her. Emilie and I followed her into this small boutique that had two racks of dresses and a wall full of bags, shoes and jewellery. I was pretty overwhelmed by it all, everything looked really expensive. "You can choose any of these items." Emilie told me.

Her saying that seemed to spark something in Lana who immediately sprung into action. She would say things like "Oh this would match your skin tone" or "This would match your eyes.".

After two hours Lana had finally done so Emilie told me that we had to go back to the car. Bobby was still sat in the car and he was eating a subway. That's when I remembered that I hadn't actually had any breakfast and it was lunch time. I was really hungry but Jared had planned a day for me and I wanted to carry on with it, so I kept following Emilie to the car.

When I got into the car there was another rose on the seat with another note.

Rebecca

I know that by now you must be getting hungry by now so your driver is going to drive you to a cafe where you will meet someone to share lunch with.

Jared

This boy thought of everything. We drove for another fifteen minutes and then we got to a small cafe down the street from the house. Emilie told me to go in and then there would be someone in there but that she wasn't coming in because she had some errands to do instead.

When I walked in I saw Ginny sat at a table and she was playing with Oliver. She stopped playing with him when she saw me and waved to me instead. "Hey Rebecca, How has your day been so far?" she asked me.

"It's been so goos but nobody is answering my texts." I told her.

"Yeah Jared said that we are only allowed to use our phones to tell each other when you get to places and when you leave."

We ordered our food and ate rather quietly. We ordered cake for desert and Ginny ordered Oliver some as well. I asked if I could help to feed him the cake, she agreed. I didn't realise that I had been going around in my pyjamas all day until Oliver spat up onto my shirt. I must have got some very strange looks today.

After we had finished Ginny gave me another rose with another note.

Rebecca

Your day is half done and I hope you have enjoyed your morning but your afternoon will come with a load of new suprises. Your'e going back to the mall from earlier and you will get ready.

Jared

We drove back to the mall in complete silence and when the car stopped and we got out I thought that I would probably just see Lana standing by the entrance but this time I saw Jen. I ran towards her and hugged her.

"Come on, your day is almost over." She said.

We walked back to the same boutique and now instead of all the clothes from before, now there was only the dress that was picked out earlier with the other things Lana decided on. Instead of all of the clothes there was a lot of make-up and a dressing table.

I sat there for almost two hours whilst Jen and I made small talk and she made me look nice. When I looked into the mirror when she had finished I was suprised by how I looked. I still looked like myself even with all of the make-up.

Jen handed me another clue.

Rebecca

You have almost finished your day and now you can go and relax with a friend. You are going to the movies so I hope you have popcorn.

Jared

I walked back to the car after Emilie came to get me. We drove for about fifteen minutes and then Bailee opened the door. I hugeed her and then we went inside. We watched 'Maleficent' and ate popcorn that Bailee had given me when we walked into the cinema.

After the movie had finished Bailee gave me another clue.

Rebecca

Congratulations. This is the last clue. You have almost finished. You will seethree more men insuits before theday is over.

Jared

So I had almost finished. I got back into the car and Emilie had gone. I fell asleep and was awoken by Robert when we got to our destination. Our destination was a resturant. This resturant was special, it had two grown men in suits standing outside with a younger one too. I recognised the adults as Josh and Colin and the younger one as Jared.

We walked into the resturant and Jared had his arm around my waist. We ate steak and mashed potato. We drank a glass of champagne each and soda after that. We shared and ice cream sunday after that. Josh and Colin were bringing our food and out drinks to us.

Jared told me that we were going to walk home along the beach while the boys cleaned up.

We walked down the shore to get home. "So did you enjoy your little treasure hunt today?" He asked.

"Oh so you're treasure now?" I teased.

"Well, I, umm---" He stuttered I laughed and kissed him so shut him up. "So do you like me now?" He asked.

I threw my head back and laughed. I don't think I had to answer for him to know how I felt. I think that it was pretty obvious.
