It was now around 8 am and Gerard went for coffee with Mikey and left me to take a shower. The guys dashed out and locked the door leaving me the apartment for around half an hour.
I opened the bathroom door and stepped into the cool tiled room, I pulled my t-shirt over my head and wriggled out of my shorts and tights leaving me in my underwear. My cold hands unclasped my bra and slid down my panties before I stepped into the shower. I turned on the water to the highest heat and leant my back against the matte black tiles. I grabbed a bottle of body wash and squeezed a blob of the curious citrus gel into my hand, I rubbed the gel onto my body slowly. The water rolled down my skin in warm beads and I let out a sigh as I felt the heat engulf me. I looked down at my stomach and noticed deep purple bruises, my arms and legs covered in scraped skin and bruises too and tried to stop myself from crying. I hummed Nirvana to myself softly as I rinsed my hair of shampoo.
I turned my back to the door and grabbed the shampoo bottle now belting "In bloom" and dancing around in the shower. After around twenty minutes of singing my fingers started to wrinkle from the heat, I twisted my hair and squeezed the water out of it. I stepped out of the shower and slid the glass door shut before grabbing a soft white fluffy towel and wrapping it around my body.
I walked into Gerard's bedroom and rummaged through my backpack, I pulled out Violet's David Bowie shirt and my faded mom jeans. I brushed my hair and found some makeup lying on Gerard's desk, I giggled and applied a generous layer of eyeliner with a grin.
I heard keys jingling in the door and smiled, I walked through to the lounge and greeted the boys.
"Mocha for me, Vanilla soy latte for you and a cold brew for you" Mikey said
Mikey smiled as he handed me my vanilla soy latte Gerard locking the door behind him.
"How's things?" I asked taking a sip from my takeout cup
"Good thank you" Mikey smiled
"What about you Gee?" I asked Gerard taking his cup from Mikey's hand
"Good thank you, urgently needing this coffee to wake me up though" He laughed tiredly brushing his greasy hair out of his face
"(y/n) can I ask you for advice?" Mikey asked dropping himself into the couch
"Of course" I smiled sitting on the floor Esmeralda crawling into my lap
"I like this girl but I don't know is she likes me or if she is single or even straight and I don't know what to do" he fiddled with his hoodie sleeve nervously
"Who would want to date you?" Gerard laughed scruffing up his brothers hair
"Hey don't be mean, well if I were you I'd talk to her and get to know her and if she isn't single simply be her friend" I said with a grin Gerard joining his brother on the couch
"Oh that's pretty smart" Mikey said with an excited smile taking a big gulp of his mocha
"Who is this girl may I ask?" I said with a giggle
"Uh um uh Violet" he said nervously
"Violet omg!" I almost shrieked
"What?" Mikey asked with a confused look
"She has a big crush on you, she is single and she is bi" I said with a beaming smile
"Can I get her number?" He asked with a sweet smile
"Of course!" I smiled punching Violet's number into his phone
"You should go meet her, she's staying at Frank's. Take her to Taco Bell and she'll marry you" I giggled happily tickling Esme's stomach
