"The one thing I never imagined Andrews doing was killing a guy," Reggie mused as he and Caia made their way out of school a day after the fight, when the news had broke that Randy Ronson had died after his fight with Archie.

Caia sighed and glanced over at Reggie. "Well, for one, he didn't," She reminded pointedly. "There is no way Ronson wasn't juicing. He looked like a rabid dog in that ring. Not to mention that the last batch of those drugs was bad enough to make a girl bang her head into a locker. I wouldn't be surprised if that's why he went down so easily, and why he died," Caia explained.

Reggie shrugged as the pair approached his car. "True. Archie can't hit hard enough to kill someone anyway," He bluffed. Caia chuckled. Reggie must have felt his manhood was somewhat threatened by Archie, as he was always trying to boost his own ego by tearing Archie down. It made Caia giggle.

As Caia headed for the passanger side of Reggie's precious 'Bella,' she was stopped by her friend's voice. "Uh uh," he refuted, striding over to the passanger side door and grabbing the handle for himself. "You're driving today."

Caia froze. She had made a promise that she would let Reggie teach her how to drive, but she wasn't really expecting him to keep her to it. Sure, she hadn't driven occasionally in a few dire situations, but she wasn't really sure she was completely ready for this responsibility.

Caia sighed as she reluctantly drug her feet to the drivers side door. "Do I have to?" She whined.

Reggie smirked. "Yes, you have to," he mocked back. "Besides, you've got the world's best teacher and the world's best car."

Caia scoffed as she slid herself into the seat. "Oh, piss off, Reggie," She called. "I've seen you almost run over my mailbox when backing out of my driveway too many times to count."

Reggie, who had also entered the car, pouted, crossing his arms defensively over his chest. "It's in an awkward spot!" He defended.

Caia rolled her eyes. "Sure, keep telling yourself that." Caia then glanced down at the controls on front of her. Gas, break, turn signal, wheel, gauges. Objectively, she knew what was supposed to happen, as she had taken and completed the online drivers ed course during her sixth period independent study, but she was a little lost when it came to actually executing the maneuvers in real life. In all honesty, before getting in the drivers seat of a car for the first time a few years ago, she had believed that you used both feet to drive, one on each pedal.

Reggie watched as Caia thoroughly scruntinzed the stearing wheel and dash board in front of her. "Hello?" He questioned. "Earth to Caia? Whatcha' waiting for? You do know how to start the car, right?"

Caia looked up at Reggie and scrunched her eyes. "Yes, Reginald, I obviously know how to start the car." As if to prove the point, Caia reached for the keys that sat in the cupholder and inserted them into the ignition. "I'm not an idiot."

Reggie shrugged. "I don't know, could've fooled me," he joked. Caia shoved Reggie's shoulder playfully and he chuckled. "Now put your foot on the break, put it in gear, give it a little gas, then go."

Caia gulped. "I don't know, Reg. I'm a little scared."

"Haven't you driven before?"

Caia nodded. "Yeah, but no one else was around. Besides," She began. "Isn't this illegal? I don't even have my permit."

Reggie glanced over and raised his eyebrow. "Yes, very," he confirmed. "But that doesn't matter. Live a little. If you don't break a few laws every now and then, what are you doing? Now go," he commanded, pointing in front of them.

Caia shrugged, and put the car in gear. If that's what Reggie wanted, that's what he was going to get.

The car lurched forward, and Reggie jumped, clutching at the old lady handlebar thing above the window. Caia snorted at this move. What a mom.
