We had just met and saying good bye was already so hard. Boy did I know that it would only get worse....
We hung out all day. Just Noah and I. I didn't have anything better to do anyway, my parents were both on business trips, which I kinda enjoyed when they were gone. I love them of course, but sometimes I need a break.
We stayed on the beach and watched the sunset. It was perfect. We couldn't stop talking. I really don't remember the last time I talked this much.
"So, what's up with your brother?" Noah asks me. cautiously.
"Well, every since we were little, we had always been inseparable. We hung out with the same people and everything. Then high school started. They always say you'll lose friends, but I didn't imagine I would lose my brother," I start off.
I look off into the distance and fiddle with the bracelet on my wrist. Jack and I made them when we were like 9. I never took mine off, his has been off for a year.
"I guess Jack started gaining more popularity. I mean he is athletic and all the girls find him good looking, and he let that get the better of him. So I started drifting away from him, it was my only choice. I made a few new friends, not close ones though. Then one night I went to hang out with them and he yelled at me. He just went off on how I wasn't a good sister and he wished I was never his twin. How I left him. Then he slapped me." I ended.
"Oh I'm sorry, I-"
"Noah, really don't apologize. It just sucks sometimes... anyways lets talk about something fun"
He laughs.
"What?" I ask laughing.
"You are literally the strongest person I know," he says.
"And how is that?" I ask smirking as we get up.
"Are you kidding. Your twin brother left you and you barely have any friends, no offense, but you still manage to say it's fine and laugh," he says.
"Oh Noah. Some things you just get used to," I laugh back at him.
"If Chloe ever did that I don't know what I would do," he adds on.
"Let's hope shes doesn't," I smile.
We take pictures because I'm that annoying type of person.

I laugh at Jack's comment. We would always joke on each other's instagrams... let's hope he was joking.
Noah and I start our journey home. He was so fun to talk to. We stopped for ice cream because ice scream is the bomb. I order a mint chocolate chip in a cup. Noah gets a vanilla.
"You're so boring," I tell him exaggerating the 'boring'.
"VANILLA IS GOOD!" He says defensively.
I laugh, "you didn't even add sprinkles!"
"Vanilla doesn't need anything added to it," he laughs back.
We spent the rest of our walk until we got to my house.
"Thanks for today. I had a lot of fun," I say smiling.
"Me too. See you tomorrow maybe?"
"I wish. Summer gymnastics man," I tell him.
"It's a pain," I finish.
"Could I come watch you?" He asks.
"I mean you could... but I don't think that's how a teenage boy would want to spend their summer now is it?"
"I'm not like everyone else. I enjoy the smell of feet," he jokes.
"Alright Schnapp. I'll see you then," I laugh.
"Night Grazer," he says back.
I smile and wave as I walk back to my door. Now being the basic teenage I am, of course I'm in love with him. But either way all I want is him in my life. I start to put my key in the door as I glance to my right. I see the losers' bikes. It was like 10:30. Why are they always here? I open the door and see 7 tired heads poke up.
"WHOS NOAH SCHNAPP!" I hear Sophia shout.
"NOAH SCHNAPP IS MY FRIEND!" I shout back while laughing.
I hear the oooos and all of that. I playfully roll my eyes.
"He's just a friend," I say back.
"Just a friend," I hear Finn mimicking me.
"Shut up frog face," I laugh while running upstairs. I shower and brush my teeth. I used to floss but I stopped that because it's so boring. I change into a    t shirt and nike pros.
I FaceTime Millie and tell her everything about Noah and how I think I like him. I haven't laughed this much in forever. We talked about my day and how Hawaii is going for Millie. She even met a boy, I still shipped her with Finn. They dated years ago but I know it will arise again. This is so exciting. Like a cheesy romance novel. After talking for an hour I hear someone coming up the stairs. I eagerly look at my door. The losers are sleeping over ONCE AGAIN. I hear a soft knock knowing it has to be Sophia because none of the boys are that polite.
"Come in Soph," I tell her. She opens the door.
"How did you know it was me?" She asks smiling.
I give her a knowing look.
"Sooooo whats up?" I ask her.
"Tell me about Noah," she says as her eyes light up.
I laugh and tell her everything.
"Don't tell the boys, please," I tell her.
"I promise. I miss having you around, it was nice having another girl," she says.
"Yeah, I miss hanging out with you guys,"
"So why don't you?" Sophia asks.
At first I just look at her, then I remember.
"Ohhh thats right, you weren't there the day of the fight," I say.
She gives a confused look and I explain to her once again.
"Oh... Jack told me something different," she says.
I hate that kid. I roll my eyes.
"Of course he did,"
"I'm sorry Cass. I should of never left you," she apologizes.
"Don't worry about it,"
"How about we hang tomorrow, just us?"
"I have gymnastics in the morning, but you can come and watch. Noah will be there too," I say.
"ILL BE THERE," she screams.
"Shut up," I giggle.
We laugh and talk more. I missed my best friend.

Noah Noah Noah. Do you see how much you meant to me. How much you turned my life around, in a good way. Such a shame what happened now, isn't it?
