- Talk to Friends/Family
- Drink Water!!
- Water Some Plants
- Make Homemade Lemonade/Orange Juice/Limeade
- Create Art
- Watch a Nature Documentary
- Learn a Dance
- Yoga
- Visit a Coffee Shop/Café
- Take a Long, Hot Shower
- Buy a Coloring Book
- Change Into New Clothes
- Hug Someone!! [if you can't, hug a pillow/stuffed animal/heating pack]
- Stay Off Social Media
- Sit by Some Water
- Bullet Journal
- Watch a Ghibli Movie
- Make Tea [chamomile, lavender, green tea, etc.]
- Have a Picnic!
- Make a Big Breakfast
- Make Iced Coffee [1 cp. coffee, 1/2 cp. milk, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 drop of vanilla extract, 4 ice cubes]
- Flip to a Random Page in a Cookbook and Make the Recipe You Land On
- Take Some Buzzfeed Quizzes
- Rewatch Old YouTubers You Used to Like
- Take a Nice, Long Bubble Bath
- Attend to Physical Symptoms Too! [If you have a headache, take some medicine, if you're congested, use a humidifier, etc.]
- Take Your Meds!!! If you have meds, Take Them!! You were prescribed them for a reason.
- Light Some Candles
- Use a Diffuser
- Knit/Crochet/Sew/Do Arts and Crafts
- Write in a Journal
- Spend Time with Pets
- Watch a Movie
- Hang out with Friends/Family
- Go to the Mall/A Store and browse around
- Clean out a Closet [and donate whatever you don't want to keep]
- Cook Meals Ahead of Time [and freeze them]
- Plan out your Week
- Create a Self Care/Grounding Box
- Do Your Hair
- Cry!!
