Peter's POV:

"Wade? Wade!" His body is limp on the floor. I tug him onto my lap desperately trying to wake him up.

"Kid let go, I will take him to my-" I cut Dad off with a viscous glare and a slight growl which shocks everyone - myself included. I turn back to Wade my gaze instantly softening. I can feel tears sting the back of my eyes, threatening to burst.

Ignoring the pleas from my family, I carefully pick Wade up bridal style, stumbling a bit under his weight. I rush to his room, my eyes flicking from the corridor ahead to wade's pale face. His eyes are shut, lips slightly parted. But all the colour had been drained from him, his face tinged with green and his lips almost blue. I could feel a panic attack approaching, soon I would be out like him. I hold out until I get to his room

Once he was safely on his bed I crumpled to the floor allowing the tears to flow. My breathing quickly became frantic and irregular, my chest on the brink of collapse. I saw blurred figures surround the bed, then me. I screamed at them to get away, grabbing at anything and everything to pull myself out of reach. The figures backed up, half moved back over to Wade.

"Tony get Peter out of here. This isn't good for him." I felt a strong pair of arms lift me from my spot in the corner and half drag me out of the room, much to my protest.

"No - can't leave. Don't ...Wade!" My ability to form coherent sentences left me, my pleas becoming screams of terror and anger.

"Peter look at me."

My vision was still blurred, but I could make out some of the soft figure of my Dad. A hand brushed across my cheek, taking away the salty tears that clung to my skin. "Peter, he is gonna be okay. You are okay. Nothing is going to happen to either of you. I promise you that."

"They want him. What if they get him. I don't want him to go through what I did." Flash backs hit me full force. My sense of reality is cruelly ripped from me. The soft features of my dad where replaced by metallic slates of a mask. White piercing eyes stared at me menacingly. In the man's hand was a syringe full of black liquid.

"Get away from me!"

"No matter how hard you try. No matter who is there to protect you. I will always find you."

My body gives up on me. Darkness takes over and I am welcomed into a state of unconsciousness.

This chapter is basically just a filler as I have been really uninspired at the moment and haven't really had the time to write much. So updates may be a bit irregular from now on, sorry bout that.
