"Earth to Vicky, is there anyone in there?"

"Huh," I said shaking my head as I came out of my daydream

"Are you okay?"

"I'm fine Noah," I said pushing my hair behind my ears as I taped up my last box.

"Just daydreaming," I said getting up from the floor and sitting next to him on the bed.

"Tell me why we didn't pay someone to do this," he said kicking some bubble wrap away with his foot

"Because it's fun, this is supposed to be fun, this is our first apartment together I want everything to be special," I said getting up from the bed.

"Come on we have one more closet to go and the movers will be here in an hour.

"Ughh" Noah snarled as he got up from the bed.

"You're lucky I love you," he said looking down at me.

"It's like you had a choice," I said smiling up at him. He kissed me and walked into the closet.

"Why in God's name do you have all these clothes? Do you not wear the same thing twice" his voice echoed from the half-empty closet. I turned around to grab the tape from the dresser. I raised an eyebrow and picked it up

"I told you we needed more tape, you just don't like to listen," I said holding up the empty tape wrap. Noah popped his head out from the closet.

"Well maybe if you didn't have this many clothes we wouldn't need all this tape." I grabbed my keys and wallet from my nightstand,

"I'll be right back," I said jumping over unpacked shoes.

"Don't buy any more clothes!" Noah shouted from the closet.

"No promises," I said shutting the front door behind me.
