Thea's POV

"Your name is not Daisy, right?" Samuel said while smirking.

'This dude my disguise was foolproof. Is he a spy? Is he a kidnapper?' Lost in my thoughts and that's when I heard him laughing.

"Dear, why is it that when you see a suspicious person you always think of kidnappers. Pfft- Are you traumatized from what happened when you were a baby?" Samuel wipes off the nonexistent tears from his eyes.

"Hey, how did you know?!" I was completely shocked. Only my family, Rufus And Reina know about that.

"Dear, it's me Rufus, and Rose there is Reina." My jaw instantly dropped. Why would a God be here? Are they bored or something?

"Yes, I and my sister are completely bored. We were told to look after you and it so just happens that I and Reina are the owners of the guild. Didn't expect this, did you?" This dude in front of me is just chuckling.

"Oh and so that you won't have a hard time you can tell your new friend, Drake, that you have mimicry as he has the same power too." Rufus smiled at me. Well, at least and who knew my new bestie had the same power as me.

"Oh and don't tell him about me." He whispered.

"Of course ~," I said and went out. There I met Drake and Reina, well Rose I mean. I walk close to him and whisper in his ears.

"Ne, ne, you have mimicry magic too, right?" I whispered in his ear. He flinched and his ear turned red. Weird

He faces me with a shocked face. Fufufu~ his face is really funny!

"How did you know?" He asks me leaning closer. I then leaned closer with a wink and said.

"Just a hunch! Don't worry I have the same too!" I told him not to worry, and he looked relieved. We talk about our plan for the mission.

"Okay, so our plan is this. One, keep a close eye on the prince but not too close or else he'll suspect us. Two, look out for the assassins. And... Three, have fun!" He said as we high-fived and laughed.

We just met and we're already this close. I'm a chatty girl and he's a shy boy but together that makes us a great team. I do the talking and he thinks.

"Are you gonna go in disguise or your real self?" Drake asks me and I don't know. You know I have three selves.

One is my real self where my hair is blonde and my eyes are blue. The second is my brown hair and blue eyes (village disguise) and the third is my white-ish blonde hair with blue highlights in the bottom and bright yellow eyes (adventure disguise)

"I'll go with my real self!" I tell Drake happily but I noticed that he was too focused on his thoughts. He can't even hear me calling him.

Drake's POV

Should I tell her? Also, I'm invited to the Crown Prince's Debut myself. She is my best friend, my first girlfriend and she's really nice. Unlike the rest that I met were like brats and arrogant girls.

"-ake, earth to Drake?" I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at her. I was so lost in my thoughts, I didn't hear her calling me.

"Finally, I called you like a hundred times." She said in a kinda annoyed voice. Ahh, so cute!

"Sorry, and Daisy I'm gonna tell you a secret. Can I trust you?" I asked her as I leaned closer.

"Of course!! I'm your best friend and I'm very very good at keeping secrets!" She smiled at me. Her smile is very pleasing to the eyes. I lean close to her ears and whisper.
