Thea's POV
GOOD MORNING!!! Right now I'm going to the guild to do some missions. Also, I wanna see my best friend Ian I mean, Drake.
My outfit for today is my usual whitish-blonde hair with blue highlights in the bottom and my bright yellow eyes. My plain white shirt with golden designs in my sleeve area, grey shorts, and white boots with golden shoelaces. My hair is tied into pigtails. My red cloak, sword, and dagger. The usual adventure disguise.
When I arrived I saw Drake sitting down. I guess he was waiting for me. Aww what a sweet bestfriend.
"Drake!!" I hugged him from behind.
"Ahh, Daisy! Morning!" Drake said smiling at me with a very red face, I smiled back and his face turned redder. Is he sick?
"Ne, ne, let's ask what will be our mission," I said to Drake and he agreed. We went to the front desk and asked if there were any missions available. Rose hands us our mission and walks away. Our mission was to slay some B-class Goblins. Oh and let me tell you the rankings.
From highest to lowest:
A-class
B-class
C-class
D-class
E-class
I'm an A-class adventurer but no one knows. Samuel already knows my skills so he made me an A-class. Cheating is bad but this is a different case.
We arrived in the forest and I was just sitting in a tree to see if there were any. Eww~ There here, I can smell their presence. Goblins have disgusting scents. Normal people can't really tell but for me, since I have sharp senses I can tell. Looks like my partner also sensed them.
"Can I take them down myself? You know as training." He asks me. He knows I'm an A-class adventurer already. Ha... My best friend really knows me.
"Sure! Good luck and don't disappoint me." I said teasingly and winked. He pouted, how cute~
I'm just enjoying myself above the tree while looking at my best friend battling the goblins. That's when I felt a presence nearby. I swiftly turn my head and I regret it. I forgot that I'm on top of a tree. I waited for my body to be greeted by the hard ground but I was only greeted by two warm hands.
I opened my eyes and saw a handsome boy with brown hair and red eyes. I'm staring at him and he's staring at me. I started to get lost in my thinking.
Nathan's POV
I'm just walking around the forest. I'm a C-class adventurer I already completed my mission. I was just walking and saw B-class goblins to my left and a girl and boy to my right.
I didn't really hear their conversation but I think they're close. I thought both of them would be battling the goblins but only the boy was. The girl was just sitting on top of the tree looking at the boy.
I decided to get a closer look and that's when the girl swiftly turned her head. She lost her balance and fell off the tree but it's a good thing I was close so I caught her in time. It was princess-style. She opened her eyes and I saw a pair of beautiful bright yellow eyes. I was staring at her and she was staring at me.
I did not know what I did but I kissed her cheeks. Her cheeks were soft. That's when she stopped staring at me and her face was flushed red.
Back to Thea's POV
Ahem... KYAAAA!!!! MY FIRST KISS IS GONE. Well, at least he's handsome but still. AHHHH, I FORGOT IM BEING CARRIED PRINCESS STYLE!!! If Drake saw us he-
"Daisy!!! I'm doing-" Well this is awkward. He's walking towards us and grabs me from this other dude's grasp. What's with people carrying me princess-style!!! I can feel the heat rising on my cheeks. I'm so embarrassed.
"Who might you be?" Drake is glaring at the dude. Ahh, my over protective bestfriend. The atmosphere even turned cold.
"Okay, okay... Calm down, Drake...." I pat his head and the atmosphere's temperature went back to normal but he's still glaring at him. I could only sweatdrop.
"Ehh- My name is Nathan Von Cliffe. I'm the son of the head knight." He bowed to us. Drake is still holding me. This is so weird.
"A pleasure to meet you. I'm Ian Mercelles Ashton." He changed into his Ian self. He's still carrying me. Why is this kid so strong?
"Your Highness!" He said and looked at me and smiled. AHH!!!!! DON'T REMIND ME OF YOU TAKING MY FIRST KISS AWAY!!!!!
"Emm, Drake cou-" I got cut off by Drake. Please put me down!!!
"What were you doing with my Daisy?" Ackk- what do you mean my Daisy?!! What's with you today?!! First, you carried Princess style and now you call me your Daisy!!!
"Well, she fell off the tree, so I caught her, and then I think I took away her first kiss." He winked and smirked at me.
"Why did you tell him that?!!!" My face is so red!! Uh-oh, the atmosphere is turning cold even colder than before. I look at Drake and he's mumbling. He's gonna go on a killing spree!!
"It's a Knights duty to tell everything." He's smirking!!! I think I might go on a killing spree too. The atmosphere got worse. There's only one way to turn him back to normal.
"Drake..." I whispered and kissed his cheeks. The atmosphere is back.
"Can you put me down now?" I told him and he placed me down. He's not talking....... Finally, ahh, I better introduce myself.
"Uhh, Nathan, my name is Daisy. It's a pleasure to meet you." I smiled and he turned red. Come on!! What's with people turning redddd!!!!!!!!
"The pleasure is all mine. What would you be doing here, Daisy?" We had a conversation and got to know each other. He's a C-class adventurer. As expected as a head knight's son.
Drake still not talking. Wait, what's today again? Ahh, July 26, hmm....... In my past life, July 26 was Best Friends Day. Well, I and my best friend made it up. I should tell this to Drake.
"Drake, are you busy tomorrow?" He looks at me and I can see his ears are still red and his cheeks are red. This must be a disease!!
"No. Why?" I'm excited. It's a good thing Nathan went to the guild ahead.
"Well, let's spend the day together, just the two of us. Best Friends Day!!!" I told him with a happy smile and I bet he was filled with happiness and excitement too.
"Sure!! Thea and I are going on a date!!" he told me with a happy smile too. I knew he would agree. We went back home and Tama and Dan welcomed me with a hug.
