It was another one of those days where Kai and I were just hanging out. Of course I was happy with him but I was still worried about Aviva. Maybe a little more than I should be. I missed her so fucking much, and for all I knew, Kai didn't like her too much anymore.
Days where we had to work together were super awkward, and Kai avoided Aviva at all costs. Aviva avoided me like Kai avoided her.
Anyway, we were walking back to my house after going to the mall near my house. Neither of us felt like driving plus it was pretty outside today. Not too hot, not too cold, and a little windy but also sunny.
As we approached my house the mail man was putting something in my mail box. I offered my hand as I got closer. He immediately recognized me and handed me a pile of envelopes.
I scanned through the labels as Kai held my free hand tightly, when I noticed a letter addressed to me from a "fan". How the hell did a fan get my address?
I looked around nervously, making sure no one else was around. Watching? Waiting?
"C'mon Kai, let's go inside."

"You think this will work?" The thick Australian accent rung through the cold, crisp air, it's tone eager and anticipating. Wind nipped bitterly at the two young adults' noses as they plotted.
"Of course it will. She's dumb, that's been proven."
"She's a dumb bitch, yet here we are." He chuckled before looking down at his shoes. He kicked a rock nervously.
The thin girl tucked her hands into her pockets and let out a shaky breath, desperately trying to warm up. "We should get going. It's just gonna get colder and colder tonight."
He nodded and followed her. Light illuminated their tired features as they arrived in the postal office parking lot.
Soon a fake letter was being delivered and they'd both have what they wanted. If everything went correctly..
