"Excuse me, are you alright?"

I snap out of my trance and see Cody's face feeled with concern.

"Um yeah I'm alright it's just um.." I stammer disoriented.

"It's just that what? You're in an elevator with Cody Runnels?" He asks

I look down at my hands and start messing with my baby pink glitter manicure.

"Hmm I'm right." He says with a laugh and a smile.

I gather the nerve to look up. When I do I find him looking at me from head to toe. Oh, my God he's checking me out. I think to myself.

"So obviously you know who I am. Can you tell me who you are?" Cody asks me.

"You must think I'm the rudest person on the planet. I've completely forgot my manners. My name is Angel Lynn and tonight I'm debuting on Monday Night Raw." I introduce myself.

He gives me a grin and scans my body with his eyes again.

"I thought you looked familiar. I have to say you're one hell of a wrestler Angel, and I know for a fact that the fans will be pleased. I've actually watched all of your NXT matches since the first one." He informs me.

Oh,my God he thinks I'm a good wrestler and he's watched all my NXT matches since I first started. I find that I'm talking to myself again.

"Thank you Cody." I tell him

He gives me another one of his megawatt smiles.

"Pleasures all mine Angel, and the fact that you're only eighteen years old makes you even more of an amazing wrestler. That and the fact that you're now the youngest diva in WWE history." Cody comments

I smile at the realization that up until today Kelly Kelly held the title of being the youngest diva in the history of WWE. She was nineteen when she started with the company, and since I'm eighteen I just swept the title right out from under her, but I know she doesn't mind because she's one of the few friends that I've made since I started training with NXT when I was only seventeen.

"So what do you say?" Cody asks

I look at him confused.

"I'm sorry I get spacey sometimes. What was that?" I ask him

He throws me another one of his heart stopping smiles.

"That's okay I do that sometimes too. I was wondering if you'd like me to drive you to the Staples Center, but I understand completely if you don't want me to. I mean you did just meet me, so we're practically strangers." He says

I look at him and shake my head.

"Actually that'd be very kind and I'd love it because it beats taking a Metro for thirty minutes to get there like I usually do." I say with a giggle.

The elevator stops and the doors open. I reach down to grab my gym bag, but before I can grab the straps Cody picks it up. I look up at him.

"You really don't have to do that for me Cody I'm use to carrying my own bags." I tell him

He slings it over his shoulder with his own.

"Well Angel as long as I'm around you'll never have to carry it again." He says

I thank him and laugh as we walk out the entrance of the hotel and into the parking lot. We talk until he stops behind a sky blue 2015 Mustang with black pin stripes. He pops the trunk and throws our duffles in as I walk to the passenger door. Cody slams the trunk shut and walks over to where I am.
