Damm it! I cant belive I lost my temper, I even yelled at Teto. And I was so insensitive about Gakupo getting hurt. And know im out side like an idiot. But that black virus I'll never forgive her! She allready infected Kaito and know Miku. But then Len must be infected as well....poor Rin I wonder how she'll react to all this....

I looked back at the house and just walked around the front yard and came across a gaint tree. I went and sat down resting against it and just stared at the blue sky.

Blue.....whenever I see that color I think of Kaito....oh how I miss you....if only I wasn't so week....you would still be hear....

★Flash Back★

*buzz* *buzz*

"*Groan* hu? Whos calling me this late at night?..."

"Hello?......"

"MEIKO WE NEED YOU HEAR ASAP! ITS AN EMERGENCY!"

"What?!"

"ITS KAITO HURRY! WE NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE!"

"wait?! Kaito?!" Damm it they hung up! But an emergency? And It had to do with Kaito? I need to hurry!

I quickly got up and put on my uniform and ran out my apartment as fast as I could. I need to hurry! When I finally arrived to the station it was a wreck.

"What happend!?"

*cough* *cough* "Meiko...glad you could make..It....hes too stong...."

"Who?!" But the officer then passed out. Don't worry ill avenge my comrades!

I pulled out my guns and slowly walked in to the station. I herd a lot of gun shots and yelling.

"Shoot! But don't kill him hes still one of our men! We need to know why hes doing this!!"

"Y-yes sir!!"

What? Did he just say hes one our men? Does that mean one of our offices have betrayed us and joined the underground group? Thats Imposible! I ran in to the room and was terrefied with what I saw. There in the room layed a lot of injured officers and i looked around to find one of the higher ranked offices laying against the wall injured.

"Whats going on?!"

"Officer Meiko..you half to chase after him! Befor he causes anymore destruction!"

"Who sir?"

"Kaito....."

Eh? What did he just say kaito? What does he mean Kaito? Why would he do this!? Thats Imposible!...kaito..he loves everyone hear...so why would he attack them...and he wouldn't join the underground group....I mean thats the reason he joined the officers, to hunt them down....so then why?! I need to find out for my self!

"Meiko?"

"Oh sorry I spaced out...ill go after him right away!" But befor I could leave he grabbed my wrist.

"Meiko I know how precious he is to you...so you should be able to get through to him....We all know he would never do such a thing......"

Hes right....I quickly left as fast as I could. I tried following his tracks (luckly it had snowed so his tracks were still fresh and easy to follow) As I looked for him I got a call. Tsk! Who's bothering me know?!

"Hello!?"

"Meiko its Gakupo whats going on?"

"What do you mean?"

"I walked past Kaito and allmost got killed!"

"What? were are you?"

He told me were he had incountered kaito and luckly he wasn't to far away. I decided to go through an alley as a short cut. When I suddenly incountered someone there.

"Who goes there?"

"Oh your Meiko hu? your so much prettier in person...."

"Show your self!"

The mysterious person walked in to the light and I couldn't belive it! It was a young man that looked just like Kaito but with red hair! Who is he an utau?

"Who are you?!"

"Dont worry well meet once again but for know shouldn't you be worring about Kaito..."

Tsk! Whos this guy? How does he know Kaito?. And suddenly I herd someone behind and I quickly turned and pointed my guns towards the person. I couldn't belive it when I saw who it was.....

"Kaito......"

He was so emotionless and had a dead look in his eyes whats going on?!

"It seams the black virus gor her hands on him...there no saving him now"

"What do you mean?!"

And sudenly Kaito was infront of me and punched me. Damm it! It really hurt! What is he doing! Why is he attacking me?!

"Kaito what are you doing!? Stop this at once! Come one lets go back and apologize! Neh! Kaito are you listening?!"

But still no response he was just swinging at me and he kicked me in the gut. Know that really hurt. I have to other choice but to fight back.....and thats what I did I hit him a couple of times and sudenly he pulled out a gun.

"Kaito!! Put it away! Someone going to get hur-"

And he sudenly pulled the trigger and a bullet passed me and scratched the edge of my cheeck....no way...kaito is trying to kill me...i slowly brought my hand to my cheeck and saw that i was bleeding....why?....why would Kaito do this?....Kaito...is there really no saving you?....I looked at him helplessly as Kaito approached me aiming the gun to my forehead.

"Kaito.....why....."

"MEIKO!' I herd Gakupo yell at me and he sudenly appeared hitting the gun out of Kaitos hand.

"Meiko are you ok?!"

And sudenly Luka appeared as well! What are they doing hear?! They can get hurt!

As I looked at Kaito he had another gun and was ready to shoot at Luka next. I quickly pushed her out of the way and grabbed my hand guns and ran out the alley as Kaito chased after me. What should I do?!I ran and ran dodging bullets and allmost falling in the snow untill I was sudenly in the middle of an empty plaza were the red haired boy appeared once again.

"Well lets end this game of tag shall we...ill start by killing you, by the way im Akaito, not that it matters since you won't be alive anymore."

What?!I was shot in the arm and fell back in pain. Whats going on?! Why is this even happening?! I dont understand! I got up and tried running but he then shot me in the back of my leg.

"Ahhh!"

He was getting ready to finish me off when Kato stopped him. Kaito seamed like he was really struggling....as if he was fighting against something else. But that Akaito bastard only hit him with the gun and was about to shoot him as well. I quickly forced my self up and stood infront of Akaito.

"If your going to kill somebody then let it be me!!!"

"Hmp! Fine by me!"

I closed my eyes and herd a gun shot. But nothing hit me. When I opened my eyes once again Kaito was holding me and we were falling back. What?! Whats going on?! And just for a second i herd his voice for the last time.

"Meiko...im sorry. ..."

Tsk! Its all my fault kaito died....if I wasn't so weak.....*sigh* and know Rin got hurt as well. I can't do anything right. I even quit being an officer because of what happened.....ha im pathetic aren't I...
