Chapter 12

IM SO SORRY THIS IS LATE!!!

Kirishima's POV:

I wake up to the sound of rustling. I roll over to see what made the noise, but I'm greeted with the floor getting a harsh introduction to my nose. Groaning, I push myself to my feet and rub at my nose. I turn to glare at the floor,

"Ouch, that wasn't very nice." I scold, I sigh. Guess I better head to breakfast. I begin to fly my way to breakfast, growing to full size and walking in. I notice Bakugou is working in the kitchen. He's a super manly cook.

"Hey man! How's kitchen life going?" I ask, the turns

"Eh, it's not bad."

"That's nice, this looks super yummy dude! I can't wait to eat it." I grin, maybe I should try something. How does one flirt with a guy? "Damn you'd make a good wife." I comment. Shit! Why did I say that? He turns sharply, Red faced for a moment.

"Tch, not just anybody could land me shit hair." He scoffs, turning back to his work. Holy shit I just did that and wasn't murdered! I turn and walk away, leaving Bakugou to continue working. I rush to a table and take a seat, taking a moment to breathe. Praying the heat on my face wasn't noticeable.

"Wow I didn't know you were that smooth Kiri, why didn't you tell me?" I jump, banging my knees on the table.

"MINA! Jesus Christ don't scare me like that!" I scold

"Ok fine, but damn Kiri your flirting game is on point. You gotta tell me everything." I roll my eyes,

"Can it wait until after I finish eating?" I ask,

"Fine, but hurry up you know I live for this." She gripes impatiently. I continue eating my breakfast, allowing myself a little time to enjoy this before Mina hounds me for every detail about my love life. "You're done now, let's go!" She cheers, fluttering out of her seat and zipping down the halls. She takes me to one of the grand archways, at the top there's some greenery that's about 15 ft off the ground. "Spill. I want to know everything." She demands. I roll my eyes .

"Ok ok geez. Where do I start?" I ask sarcastically.

"How about why you like him?" I stop to think,

"That's hard to explain, I mean I thought he was pretty from the beginning. But it grew from that. He was confident, and he doesn't hesitate. Whatever he does he does it at 100%. Nothing else. He works so hard to be good at anything he wants that I can't help but admire it I guess. He's so determined and strong and manly. I'm sorry if I'm going on a tangent-"

"Don't you dare apologize! Tell me more, when did you realize you like him?"

"Uhum... I think it was after the whole rescue. After we got back we talked to Aizawa I walked him back to the aquatic area. That was the same time he hit me. But it made me realize that he was paying attention, and that I was important. Important enough to coordinate a rescue and hold me to my word. It wasn't a very heartfelt exchange but it was so... him." I trail off. Smiling a little at the not so happy memory. Mina snickers

"Damn you've got it bad huh?" I flinch and hide my face

"This was supposed to be a nice conversation. Now I feel judged." I complain

"Ok fine. But he is super pretty, if he wasn't yours I'd definitely try for him." She winks,

"Well I mean we don't know his orientation, he could be straight." I attempt to shrug it off. That would really hurt if he was straight... I hope he at least likes guys.

"No way dude! He's your mans I would never. That's not very plus ultra of me." I wince, plus ultra?

"Ok whatever." I shrug

"But he's like, super fit. A whole snack. Mans got some beefy arms. Very toned. You definitely picked a fine hunk of a man for yourself Kiri." She winks, I groan,

"Minaaaaaa!" She giggles

"What? You know I'm right. Don't play dum with my mr I know you noticed." She wiggles her eyebrows, I flush and look away.

"Actually, I didn't look. I'm being a respectful person and not a perv like you." I spit playfully,

"Wow you really are a gentleman huh? Well next time you see him give him a quick look over, I'm sure he's don't the same to you at least once." I flush instantly. Could he have checked me out before? I mean I don't wear much, just my sleeves and shorts. Damn it Eijiro that's wishful thinking, stop it. Only focus on facts.

"Yeah right, as if Mina." I scoff.

I guess it doesn't hurt to hope a little? Right?

End scene. I really wanted to have more of Mina and Kiri's friendship. I love it so much it's unreal. Also sorry this chapters short, the next couple probably will be too. Sorry bros

Q: favorite bromance?

A: probably sero and bakugo. Idk why but I feel like Sero's chill enough that Baku can hangout with him without needing to talk about anything in particular. Either that or Kaminari and Momo, they could be such bros
