Andre and I spent most of our times watching tv, eating, Play station,Talking about childhood and stuff, Devon kept calling and I kept on declining his calls, he should stay with Devon

I switched off my phone and dropped it on the table and continued with the game, after some minutes Andre dropped his game pad and turned to me "What?"

Andre smiled " Why don't we go to Las Vegas"
" What would we be doing there?"
" Just explore, I mean, I always get tired of staying at home, besides I own a club there, you could come see it"

"I don't really know Andre" "Come on, you can use the opportunity to forget Devon, just relax"

I said smiling "Just say you want me to go with you " He said laughing "I never said that, but I have no problem with you wanting to go with me" "Me wanting to? You're silly" I said laughing "Anyways when's the Gala?"
" On Friday " "I don't really have a dress for the gala " "Don't worry about that, there're stylists for that" " It really is good to be rich"

Andre stood up and dropped his game pad
" Gosh My butt hurts from sitting since morning " He tapped my shoulder
" I'm gonna go take a nap, I'll be in my room "

I switched my phone back on and saw missed calls from Devon...Wait a minute, why I'm I snubbing Devon, If He's happy With Charlene so be it, I don't have to force him to like him back, we can be cool

I called Devon back " Hey Devon "
" Jen, you finally called, where are you? Are you okay?" "Yeah, I'm fine, you don't have to worry, I just called to clear things with you "
" Huh?" "Look Devon, It's okay if you don't feel anything for me, I understand that the feelings you have for me are no more, I just want to let you know that I still care about you, if you're happy with Charlene, so be it, We can just be friends, if you've moved on, I think I should to"

Devon went silent afterwards "Devon? Are you still there? Devon?" " I...I can hear you "

I ended the call and turned, I saw Andre looking at me with his arms crossed and his back on the wall " Thought you said you wanted to have a nap" He walked to me and held my shoulders " Are you okay?" "Yes"

Andre placed his palm on his forehead
