The air was swelteringly hot, it burned my skin; seared through my veins. Sweat poured down my neck and back, and my body ached. I couldn't go on like this for much longer. It was too hot, and there was nowhere to go to escape the heat.
Everyone who had ignored global warming was now forced to see it with their own eyes; the result of their careless living.
I had known of course, I had tried to warn them.
But no one had listened to me.
And now here we are, all living the same life. All living in this fiery inferno. Trying to make a living, but it's useless.
They might have been able to prevent this, if they had heard my warnings. But now it's too late. The world will just keep getting hotter and hotter until we all pay the price for our mistakes with our lives. Regardless of who tried to save our world. In the end, that wasn't going to matter.
