Jango POV

I stood next to Jaster  as we waited to meet with the new Duchess of Mandalore Satine Kryze. I look around the massive throne room when I heard footsteps coming towards us.

I saw Duchess Kryze walking towards us with three mandalorians following behind her. "I present you Duchess Satine Kryze of Mandalore" Almec said as we bowed our head in respect.

" Your grace we have news that Tor Vizsla has been defeated" Jaster said as the three mandalorians removed their helmet.

" Finally the corrupt power of clan Vizsla has been defeated" Duchess Kryze said. " I'm Bo-Katan Kryze leader of the Night Owls" Bo-Katan said as another one spoke up. " I'm Ursa Wren from clan Wren" Ursa said as she turned to face the other one.

She had brown hair, grey eyes and pale skin. " I'm Iduna Retrac from Clan Retrac" she said softly.

I felt myself blush at her beauty and melt when she gave me a warm smile. Never in my life have I met just a beautiful and gorgeous girl in my life.

" I'm Jango Fett from Clan Fett please to meet you" I said loudly which made Iduna giggle lightly. I felt myself grow embarrassed as Jester smirk.

" Now we have a lot to discuss but first let us show you the where you will be staying" Duchess Satine said as we all followed her.

Iduna POV

I was leaning against the balcony while watching the city during the night as everything lit up. I closed my eyes and felt the cool night air against my face.

I open my eyes when I heard footsteps behind me. I turn around to find Jango Fett standing there fiddling with his hands.

" Lovely night were having right" he said shyly as he walk next to me as we both watch the night sky. " So how's it like being a Night Owl" Jango said as turn to look at him.

" Nothing special about it but I love to fight for Mandalore, the Duchess and the citizens to make sure DeathWatch doesn't return" I said as he stared at me.

" What about you Fett what's your story"I said smiling warmly at him. He rubbed his neck before answering.

" My parents died by DeathWatch and my older sister Arla got kidnapped so Jester adopted me" he said a bit angrily but sigh as he watch the stars.

"I'm so sorry for your family Jango" I said as he gave me a warm smile. "Thank you Iduna" he said staring at me.

Jango POV

I took off my sister's ring necklace that she gave me  and grab Iduna's hand as I gently place it on her palm.

" My sister gave this to me since she wanted to get married at one point" I said as she open her palm and stared at the necklace.

" Thank you Jango I'll take care of it for you" She said smiling warmly at me which made me blush at her beautiful face.

"One day Iduna we will get married to each other" I said as she stared at me in wide eyes. " I mean Iduna I want to spend the rest of my life with you"I said rubbing her cheek but we were cut off by Ursa Wren.

" Hey Iduna, Bo-Karan needs you" Ursa said as she nodded before grabbing my face and lightly peck my cheek as she smiled and left to follow Ursa.

I stood frozen as I place my hand where she kiss me and smiled warmly. I heard someone chuckled as I turn around to see Jaster chuckling at me.

" Okay what's so funny now Jaster" I said as he smirk and walk towards me. I rolled my eyes and groan about what he's going to say next.

" Your in love my boy" he said as I groan but blush madly. " No I'm not Jaster your lying" I said as I rubbed my neck sheepishly.

" Man up Jango once their meeting is over you go over there and tell her how you feel besides she feels the same for you" he said as I stared at him.

" Okay dad I'll do it"I said as I smiled brightly and walk inside the palace to look for Iduna to confess my feelings for her.

I felt my heart beat fast in excitement at the thought of finally settling down and protecting the one person that I love and cherish the most.
