I lie awake in my bed, staring at the ceiling.

Today's the day Katsuki gets to see the sunset.

Time sure went by fast... way too fast.  I can't do anything about it though.

I got out of bed, dressing myself up nicely before meeting Father in the car.

He seemed less angry today.  He had a pep in his step and his mood was enlightened.  It's nice to see Father like this.

I anxiously waited for the car to arrive, desperately wanting to take Katsuki and run away with him.  Of course, I couldn't do that though.

As Father was parking the car, I grew impatient and hopped out while the vehicle was still in motion.

I ran through the doors and to the elevator, quickly pressing the button that takes me up to Katsuki's floor.

"KATSUKI-" I yelled, running out of the elevator, but I was greeted by my lover in cuffs, which my ex-lover had put him in.

"What the hell are you doing here?" My excitement left, being replaced by anger and annoyance.

"Your Father said I'm going to accompany you for the day." Midoriya looked at me as he spoke.

I scoffed, stomping over to them and pulling Katsuki away from him.  I looked at Katsuki's face, noticing that he did not want Midoriya to be here as well.

"Whatever. Just don't get in the way." I rolled my eyes, holding onto Katsuki's arm and bringing him to the elevator, Midoriya not far behind.

"Oi peppermint, are we going to walk or what?"

"We are going to walk.  The spot I've chosen isn't too far. Plus I think you might enjoy the walk."

The two of us spoke with attitude, since Midoriya was confined in this small box with us.  We had to seem as if we disliked each other.

The excitement was just waiting to burst out of Katsuki, but he had held it in.

He stopped in front of the exit, catching his breath as I opened the door for him.

Tears filled his eyes as he got to look outside.

"Is this real?" He mumbled, his gaze locked on the scene up ahead.

"Mhm.." I nodded, struggling to contain my own tears. I fumbled for something in my pocket, pulling out some keys.

I unlocked Katsuki's cuffs and looked up at him.

"I can trust you'll stay by my side, yes?"

He smiled down at me.

"Yes, you can."

I could see Midoriya, reach for his gun, but I shot him a look.

"Don't even think about it." I barked, watching as his arms dropped to the side.

Standing straight, Katsuki and I began walking. His eyes darted around, trying to capture as much as possible.

"This way Katsuki." I pointed to the left, watching him stumble to follow me.

We walked side by side, our shoulders nearly touching. I wonder how he's feeling.

I moved my hand a little, brushing it against his knuckles. A shiver went up my spine at the feeling of his hand grabbing mine, entangling our fingers.

I heard a firework go off, which made me flinch a little. It's still bright outside, and way too early for fireworks.

"Katsu-" I began, but stopped when I noticed that our hands weren't held tightly together anymore.

I glanced down at my hand, but saw Katsuki lying on the dirt trail instead.

I froze, staring down at him.

"Katsuki..?" I dropped to my knees, tears pouring out of my eyes like waterfalls.

"Katsuki are y-you okay..?" I shook him, sobbing loudly as I did so. He groaned weakly in response.

I felt my knees become wet. I looked down, only to find a pool of blood forming under Katsuki.

Beside us was Midoriya, gun raised and pointed directly at us.

Then it hit me.

I looked back at Katsuki and screamed, pulling him onto my lap.

"What the hell did you do?!?!" I yelled at Midoriya, cradling my lover in my arms.

I received no response, just a crowd of people around us.

"Sh...Shouto.." Katsuki coughed, just barely gripping onto my shirt.

I hugged him tight, crying into his bloodied neck.

"Katsuki!!!" I wailed, holding the other tightly as Midoriya tried to pull me away from him.

"Get off me!!" I hit him away, not letting go of Katsuki.

Siren's blared down the road, most likely to come take my Katsuki away. I felt dizzy, weak, and scared. I'm not ready.. he isn't supposed to leave me yet.

Everything became muffled, and all I could hear were my own screams and cries.

"Please not yet Katsuki.. Please!! I love you!!" I cried into his neck.

"I love... you too..." He whispered back. His body became heavy in my arms.

People came rushing over. They grabbed me, prying me away from Katsuki.

"Let me go!!! Don't touch him!!" I kicked and screamed, crying for them to give him back.

They picked him up, hauling him over to a truck.

"KATSUKI!!" I screamed, watching as they took him away.

He's dead. My Katsuki is dead.
