Yesterday was definitely.. eventful.

I dressed myself into jeans and a turtleneck, my usual outfit. Since I decided to look for a better school for Hiromi, I have to take her to work with me today.

"Darling," I sat on my knees next to her bed, "you've gotta come to work with Daddy today." She whined and rolled over, going back to sleep and completely ignoring me.

I sighed and stood up, brushing myself off.

"Then I guess you can't see Uncle Shinsou today." That got her attention. She threw the blankets off of herself and ran out of the room babbling nonsense.

I laughed slightly and opened her closet, picking out a warm outfit for her.

"Hiromi, come get dressed, it's cold outside today you need to dress warm." I called out for her, and soon she was in the room again.

"I brushed my teeth on my own!" She smiled, showing me her pearly whites.

"Good job! You're all grown up now." I pet her hair and helped her put on her outfit.

"Next you need to learn how to get dressed on your own." I chuckled, picking her up and bringing her to the couch to brush her hair.

"It's easier when Daddy helps me." She huffed and stared at Katsuki's photo as I brushed her hair.

"Hmm well Daddy can't help you forever." I tied it into a ponytail and put two kitty hair-clips in her hair.

"Daddy is the other person you? Your hair is different." She pointed to my photo with Katsuki above the fireplace.

"Yeah that's me. My hair's pretty long now, isn't it?" I haven't cut my hair since that day. It sits just above my lower back. Katsuki always touched my hair, and I didn't want what was left of his touch to be cut away. I know I'll need to do it at some point.

"I like your hair, Daddy." She put her hand on my head before hopping off of my lap to put her shoes on.

I only smiled in response, getting up and putting my shoes on along with her.

"Uncle Shinsou has lunch for you, just like every other day." I picked her up and put her in the car, buckling her into her car seat.

"Yay! He has yummy lunches." She swung her feet excitedly as I got into the car and started driving.

Shinsou would always have lunch with her to keep her distracted while I left to go visit Katsuki. I was never ready to tell her that's where I've been going. I'm not sure how today will play out, seen as she knows Katsuki is her Father.

I pulled up to work, taking her out of her car seat and walking her inside.

"Uncle Shinsouuu!" She ran to him, hugging him tight. He laughed in response and hugged her back.

"Morning, Hiromi!" He spoke as he picked her up. I smiled at the sight before signing myself in on the register.

"You're here early." I teased, leaning against the counter as I looked at him.

"I'm always here early." He rolled his eyes and set Hiromi on the counter.

I laughed a bit and fixed my name badge on my turtle neck.

"Anyways, gonna see him again today?" He asked, playing patty cake with Hiromi.

"Yeah. I don't miss a day."

"You know you're gonna sell out our whole shop before the customers do."

"I can't just go without something."

"Take a cookie instead of our flowers."
(Changed from clothing store to flower shop.)

"Like he can even eat the cookie he's—" My lip quivered as I suddenly burst into tears.

"Hey hey.." Shinsou quickly wrapped his arms around me, comforting me the best he could.

"I'm sorry.. I'm sure he loves the flowers you bring. Take as many as you need, don't worry about it."

I nodded against him, gripping onto the back of his shirt.

"Why is Daddy sad?" Hiromi hopped off the counter and tugged on my pants.

Shinsou pulled away from me and picked her up.

"He's uh.." He looked at me for help.

"It's alright.. she knows about him now.. Hiromi, you remember your other Daddy, right?" She nodded as I wiped my tears away.

"Daddy just wishes he would come back. But we both know he can't so it'll be hard for a while."

"But he came back yesterday! Daddy said—"

"Call him Dad, so you don't mix us up." I took her from Shinsou's arms.

"Dad said he wanted to play dollies with me! He was in my room and played dollies with me. He's not in a better place, Daddy, he's at home!"

I looked at Shinsou as she spoke, my eyes slightly widened.

"W-Well.. if you see Dad again.. make sure you bring him to me, kay? Daddy wants to see him too..."

She wiggled out of my arms and grabbed a flower, giving it to me.

"Dad told me to tell you not to cry anymore."

"Tell him I'll try my best." I gave her a weak smile, putting my hand on her head.
