⚠WARNING⚠: mentions of abuse swearing and self harm
Lunch seemed to have gone by quickly with the company of (F/N) but, as she talked (Y/N) couldn't seem to get that boy off her mind. That boy. Ryan. He was so special.
Once the bell rang, signalling students to go back to studying, (Y/N) made her way to her next class. Psychology. She always was excited for that class because, it studied human behaviour.
Upon hearing footsteps behind her, (Y/N) turned around to be met with three girls. Layla, Annada, and Becca. The two girls behind Layla were her minions. More than the others. At least the others had a tiny bit of common sense. These two. None. Nothing at all. They would jump off a 12 foot ladder for her if she asked.
"Thought you were safe, huh?" Layla asked, she would always ask these stupid questions that she could easily answer on her own. "You can't escape us, bitch," She took a step forward, her goons right behind her copying Layla's actions, "We will always find you. No matter what." Layla charged towards (Y/N), grabbing her by the hair and throwing her to the ground.
"So weak and pathetic."
(Y/N) squirmed to get out of Layla's grasp but, failed. Layla forced (Y/N)'s head up to look at her face.
"You are nothing. Nobody loves you. Honestly, if you killed yourself, I bet nobody would notice. Not even your fucking parents." She threw (Y/N)'s head to the floor, making it collide with a crack.
Layla got up and walked to her bitches.
"Finish her off." She smirked and took a step back to watch.Annada and Becca, ever so eager to please her, ran to (Y/N) and began kicking her. Their feet hitting whatever they could, causing (Y/N) to feel a with a sharp pain.
Finally, after what seemed like years, Layla called for her goons. And like obedient little puppies, they ran to her. Layla bent down and whispered in (Y/N)'s ear,
"You can't fucking escape us, you know? We will always find you and beat the shit out of you. Wanna know why we do this? It's because we like to see you suffer. We like to see you curl up in pain." Layla got up and started to walk away, stopping only once to snap her fingers, her goons immediately going after her, leaving (Y/N) on the ground.---------
Having struggled for a few minutes, (Y/N) was able to get up and limp to the girls' restroom. She hadn't cried. Not even a single tear, until she looked at herself in the mirror. Her (H/C) hair was tangled and, she had bruises on her face starting to form.
Grabbing her backpack from the floor, she took out a make-up bag and hairbrush. (Y/N) didn't like to wear make-up but once the abuse started, she had to learn and deal with it. This almost seemed like a daily routine to her.
Talking to her reflection was one thing she did the more often this happened. It comforted her. It wasn't the same like when the voices talked to her. She could say whatever she'd like and respond back. The response wouldn't be a profanity or a rude comment. It would simply be conversation.
Classes would soon end in 10 minutes and, teenagers would start shuffling to their last class of the day. So, she had to be quick. Quick with her make-up and quick with fixing her posture and voice.
Starting to choke back tears, (Y/N) rummaged through her make-up bag for something. A reflection of light hit her eye and she found it. It was a razor which she had taken from a pencil sharpener. It worked well to sharpen pencils but she thought it was better with skin.
(Y/N) needed a relief. A way to stop feeling. Just for a second. And that razor did just that. For 3 years it gave her a sense of relief that numbed her from all the pain.
Pressing it to her skin, she pushed it deeper. Just enough to draw blood. And then it came. The feeling of being numb. (Y/N) sighed, overwhelmed with the feeling until, the razor was taken from her. Startled, she looked up and saw a pair of familiar eyes. Looking down to her wrists, she saw that she didn't just make one. She had made at least 8 more.
Hi! I'm so sorry for not updating! I've been busy with work and haven't had the time. I have work again tomorrow or should I say, today. It's currently 3:13 am. This idea suddenly popped up and I had to write it.
Stay safe!
