Chapter 32. Patton.

Logan, Virgil, Roman and I rose up, to see a slightly tired-looking Thomas stood in front of the sofa. My memories of the coma were already fading, and I looked over at Logan.

He caught my eye and stared blankly. He obviously didn't remember anything. If he could let go, I could too. I felt the memories slip out of my mind, like they were water slipping through a sieve, and then forgot why I was looking at Logan.

"So, kiddo, what's up?" I asked cheerily.

"What's up?" scoffed Virgil, "He was just in a 3 month coma, what do you think is up?"

"Thank you for the contribution, J.D-lightful, but I'm pretty sure Patton was aware of the coma," Roman rolled his eyes.

"Thomas, it is curious that you should call us now, considering you've received the appropriate physical therapy post-coma. What is the matter?" Logan queried.

"Well, the thing is..."

And we slipped into the regular routine.
