Jennie's POV

"You're kidding me, right?" Taemin stared at me for a good five seconds, after I dropped the bomb on him that I was planning on taking Lisa with me, not still sure about the one more excess ticket. "You're taking Lisa? The Lisa?"

I fiddled with the ends of my shirt and looked at him anxiously. "Ugh.If It's a bad decision, just tell me."

"Oh it is a bad decision," Taemin widened his eyes. "To be honest, I don't really care who you bring. I'm just worried about the commotion it might possibly cause. You do realize that Kai most probably hates Lisa more than anything in life, right?"

I glanced at Taemin.

"What did Lisa say?" he asked. "Does she want to come? Because you can't just take it back. You did offer her a free trip to New York so that would be quite harsh."

"Of course she was up for it. I know it's a bad idea, but I just really wanted to take Lisa to New York with me," I sighed. "I had a plan though, if you are even interested in hearing it."

"What is it?" Taemin curiously asked.

"Well, here's the plan. I'm pretty sure there will be lots of people there," I said. "We just have to make sure that Kai and Lisa don't meet."

"How on earth are we going to pull that off?" Taemin snorted as he munched on a bag of potato chips while lying comfortably on my couch.

"I guess that's where you come in," I sheepishly grinned him.

Lisa's POV

"What the fuck? This is real life!" she said, almost yelling but sounding like she was going to laugh again any minute.

"No, it's not!" she yelled back. This time she could really feel the tears roll down her cheeks. "You're not real, ok? I'm just dreaming and any moment now, you're going to disappear again, just like what happens every night! I see you and then you disappear and leave me hanging and wondering!"

She threw her bucket hat on the ground in frustration and just started to grab strands of her hair. "Oh god, you are insane."

"I'm not insane," she insisted. "I'm just a girl who's dreaming of someone right now, and that someone is you. It's called lucid dreaming. I can control my dreams right now and I am telling you, you are not real -"

She flung her hands in the air and walked towards her, pulling her by the waist.

"Tell me, is this fake?" she said, right before catching her off guard and roughly pressing her soft lips against hers.

I rushed to open my laptop, clicking on the document I was working on last night. Writer's block was being a pain on the arse, but whenever I'd get these flashbacks and weird visions in my head, I suddenly feel so vigorous and inspired.

I put on my reading glasses and started to type. The words and ideas just kept flowing from my mind as I typed really quickly.

Jennif–

Oh right. I'm using our names now. I clicked on backspace and began typing the story based on the flashback I had. I wonder if these flashbacks were dreams I had the night before or my memories? What if they were the exact same dreams Jennie had? My ideas have been the same as her dreams so far, so it's not impossible.

I could help but imagine the kiss that the lead characters shared. It's almost as if I could feel it in my own lips. I started imagining Jennie's lips on mine,  the only lips I could imagine kissing right now, the only lips i know. Why do I keep chickening out when it comes to kissing her?
