Chapter 10: Winter is Coming

-No one's P.O.V-

After the battle with Verdia, a leader of the Demon Lord's army, the season turned to winter. Right now, you were outside sitting in the cold in a moody state and didn't talk to everyone, not even Kazuma and his party.

(Y/N): Tch...the hell is wrong with this...*Sigh* I wish...I could've wish something different. What would happen if Kazuma and the others would've handled the Dullahan alone without me. No, what if I arrived IN the Dullahan's battle.

You complained, remembering that your party had a debt in 40 Million Eris. You hated it, you weren't active with the others.

You sighed again and you looked at your guitar. 

(Y/N): Maybe a guitar could help me out.

You said to yourself and began to play the Guitar.

After finishing playing the guitar as you slowly closed your eyes and breathe for a moment. You opened them back again, you were now finally calmed down. You headed back to the Guild where Kazuma and the others are waiting in there.

You entered the Guild and see Kazuma and his party were looking at the quest board.

(Y/N): Hey.

You said getting their attention.

Aqua: Oh (Y/N)!

Kazuma: So uh...have you cooled down?

You hesitated for a moment to speak up.

(Y/N): Yeah...just a little. Anyways, what quests are we looking at?

Megumin: Well, we could keep looking.

(Y/N): Oh well...

Kazuma: "The mobile fortress 'Destroyer' is approaching, so we are recruiting scouts to predict the route it will take." What is this? What's a "Destroyer"? 

Darkness: The Destroyer is the Destroyer.

(Y/N): The Darkness is the Darkness.

You said jokingly, which made Kazuma and the others laughed except for Darkness.

Darkness: Could you not...make fun of my name?

(Y/N): I'm just trying to light up the mood.

Darkness: Anyways, back to the topic. Destroyer is a massive fortress that moves at high speed.
