(A/N: In the Konosuba Reedit, I was scrolling down and found a post that it said 'Hey you. You're finally awake.' I found a comment that it would be a different story that Konosuba story had, if there was a good ending or a plot twist ending. Let's head right in.)
-No one's P.O.V-
It's been a while since Kazuma and his party defeated the Demon King. Kazuma has been enjoying his life due to the fact that he is now rich.
He left his party long ago and sometimes visits them.
Kazuma had changed and was a nice person instead of a pervert, scumbag or something else that the other people called him.
(Y/N) on the other hand had a relationship with Yuuki/Megumin and became a couple.
Darkness was venturing for herself on her own and Aqua has returned to her rightful place in Heaven.
Both (Y/N) and Kazuma were celebrating with their party at the bar. After the party, Kazuma was heading back to his house and fell asleep. His vision became and black and a white light was shining in his eyes, as he thought to himself.
Kazuma: (Oh, I died again?)
He slowly opened his eyes and to his surprise...Kazuma looks around to see that he was in a hospital and was wearing a patient's robes.
Kazuma: Wait...what's going on? Am I...back?
He looks out the window and to his shock that he was actually back from his modern world. That's when he hears the door opened to see the Doctor, as the doctor spoke up.
Doctor: Ah, you're finally awake. How are you feeling, Satou Kazuma?
Kazuma: O-Oh! I um...I'm fine. What happened?
Kazuma spoke hesitantly, as the Doctor began to explain.
Doctor: You see, you were passed out in the street and peed yourself. The girl called the ambulance after you fell.
The brown-haired boy was baffled at the doctor's response, as Kazuma spoke up to him.
Kazuma: Wait, seriously?
Doctor: Yes.
Kazuma: How long was I out?
Doctor: Not long. You've been out for six days. Anyways, I'll be leaving you alone until you are discharged.
The Doctor leaves Kazuma alone in his room. Kazuma looks at his hands and began to think to himself.
Kazuma: (I was alive? Did Eris returned my body back here? No, she wouldn't do that....)
Kazuma then realizes that it was all of his adventure was just a dream. After everything he had was for nothing. The moments he had spent with his party were all nothing, but a single dream.
He then sees his bag on the table. Kazuma grabs the bag and pulls out the visual gaming novel, but there was something different about the cover.
To his shock...the title of the game was 'A God's Blessing on This Wonderful World!" and the front cover was Aqua, Darkness and Megumin, but no (Y/N) and Yuuki in the cover, as Kazuma thought to himself.
Kazuma: (If Yuuki and (Y/N) aren't in the game, that means they exist here! I mean, those two had been reincarnated. I'll have to meet them...wait, I don't even know where their school is!)
Kazuma cursed to himself that he couldn't meet Yuuki or (Y/N) in the real world once he gets out from the hospital.
He reads the description at the back and to his surprise that it was actually the same plot that Kazuma and the party had to defeat the Devil King.
-Time Skip-
For some time later, Kazuma had finally been discharged and he changed into a normal person instead of NEET who stays home and plays video games. His family was happy and were relieved that he is now changing.
He got himself enrolled to a school and began to introduce himself in front of the class.
Kazuma: Hello there! I'm Satou Kazuma, I hope we can all get along with each other.
Kazuma bowed after he introduced himself, as the class was muttering about it and the teacher spoke up.
Teacher: Alright Kazuma, your table is in the center of...(Y/N) and Yuuki.
Kazuma's eyes were widened, as he looked to see familiar faces...It was (Y/N) (L/N) and Konno Yuuki. Kazuma walks up to them, as Yuuki spoke up.
Yuuki: Hello Kazuma, I'm Konno Yuuki, pleased to meet you!
Yuuki spoke with a smile, as you spoke up as well.
(Y/N): Heyo, I'm (Y/N) (L/N). Nice to meet you too, Kazuma.
You said with a smile, as Kazuma felt overwhelmed to see you and Yuuki once again. However, he noticed that you and Yuuki had no memories of the adventures of Kazuma had with you and the others.
Satou Kazuma accepts his normal life with (Y/N) (L/N) and Konno Yuuki and also misses Darkness, Aqua and Megumin in his fantasy life from his dream.
