Chapter 30: The Tour Around the Crimson Village

-(Y/N)'s P.O.V-

The next morning. After finishing breakfast, we all bid farewell to Megumin's parents, who had to go to work so far, and then we all lazed around in the living room. I was outside sitting in the front porch thinking about that facility and those...dark stairs down there...

"(I wonder what secrets kept holding down there? I just got the feeling if something's down there, not really sure if it's a monster or something...)" 

My thoughts were interrupted as I felt a hand was on my shoulder, I turn back to see Yuuki.

(Y/N): "What is it?" I asked. 

Yuuki: "You wanna go sightseeing with us, (Y/N)? We haven't been getting tour around this place." Yuuki offered as I nodded at her in confirmation. We got our things and head out. 

Sometime later on, Kazuma treated Megumin with all sorts of food at a cafe in the village, before taking us sightseeing.

...

Kazuma: "What is this?" Kazuma asked in his first impression as Megumin brought us to a building that looked like some sort of shrine and said...

Aqua  "This is the holy relic of this village..." Aqua said admiring

Megumin: "No matter how I look at it, this is a figurine of a cat-eared girl in swimwear." I looked at Megumin with both surprised and confusion.

(Y/N): "Wait, what?" I said as she showed us the figurine of a girl was place within the shrine in deep reverence as Megumin tells us her story.

Megumin: "A long time ago, our ancestors saved a traveler who was attacked by monsters...As thanks, the traveler gifted this holy relic to them. The traveler said that this is a relic even more important than his own life. We don't know what goddess this is, but good things might happen if we pray to it, so we placed in here in deep reverence. I heard that the way to construct these buildings known as shrines was taught to our ancestors by this traveler." 

I felt a little interested on her story, but that traveler guy was a Japanese person. 

(Y/N): "Not gonna lie though, I wish I had one of those." I said out loud and smile as the four looked at me.

Aqua: "Seriously (Y/N)?" Aqua said as I chuckled at her.

(Y/N): "What? Just wishin' I had one." I then gossiped to Kazuma's ear.

(Y/N): "You know, like seriously, I wish I had one of those." I said with a hint of sadness as Kazuma gave a pat in the back.

Kazuma: "You'll get one someday, (Y/N)"

I nodded at him with a smile as we left the shrine, Megumin showed us other places...there was a sword stuck in a boulder and pay the challenge to the blacksmith to remove, a Wishing Fountain and it's kind of messed up though like giving axes or coins in the fountain. The next was...the Facility, that's the place that Yuuki and I had seen last night. 

Megumin: "This is the underground facility that seals the 'weapon that might destroy the world'. No one knows when it appeared here...I heard that this facility was built at the same time as that mysterious facility over there..." 

Megumin said pointing at it both me and Yuuki start to be quiet for a moment, maybe I should tell this to Kazuma right now. Megumin began to explain further as we started to walk somewhere else, so then I have now the guts to tell Kazuma.

 I walked up to him and tug his shirt as he turned to me. 

Kazuma: "Oh (Y/N), What's up?" 

(Y/N): "Can I talk to you for a moment?" He looked at me for a moment before shrugging his shoulders off.
