The chimera finally got to put a word in, smile still of his face as the whole cheerful tone is gone.
"Now we wouldn't want that to happen, I'll see what I can do for you" the mammal realized he was cornered, and no matter how he wanted to go about this, he would have to listen to what Izuku would want. Or there'd be legal action taken and the school's name tarnished.
A light smile makes it onto the teen's face, the look not matching with the hidden threat burrowed in those viridian specs. "I'm going to send you the files, thank you for allowing me to meet with you today, and I hope you consider your options"
He doesn't touch the tea again, pulling himself into a standing position and slidding his bag onto his shoulders, Tanaka following suit as they made it to the door. His hand places itself on the handle, stopping.
"Oh and Nezu sir?" He muses, lips pursed, "I don't care as much as getting in the hero course as I do having those two I mentioned expelled, good day" he opened the door and exited, starting to walk down the hall to the entrance of the school, remembering the path.
Present Mic falls into step behind Tanaka and himself, finally silent as he quietly fears the menace of a green head in front of him.
Exiting the gates had Tanaka bursting into laughter soon after, mirth clouding his red orbs as he goes into hysterics. "Ah!" He shouts, wiping a tear from the corner of his eye, "Kami kid, I've never seen such a thorough lawsuit warning against someone, and not just some nobody, it's the fucking principal of UA!" Falling back into hysterics makes Izuku have to guide the man, odd looks shot their way.
"I wasn't going to wait until the sports festival, that would set me behind, and leaving those two pricks in the class, added with Bakugou would be a nightmare and cause chaos" he paused, yawning and stretching one arm above his head, fixing the bag on his back, "damn that's exhausting"
The light curse adds a smack to the back of his head that he doesn't bother to dodge, grunting at the impact. "Stop cursing kid, I told you that already"
A huff left his mouth, "and I told you that you aren't my dad old man" he countered with a soft glare, not putting any real anger into it as he sticks out his tongue soon after.
"Oh shut up, at least I don't look like I'm vulnerable, it lets people take me serious, unlike you" Tanaka teases, earning an indignant squak of protest to escape the teen.
But he countered perfectly, "at least I don't look like I've been hit by a truck and hadn't had any sleep in years" that earns a swipe at him that he moves away from
He grumbled, "I've gotta go now kid, try not to run into any trouble" an unexpected ruffle of his locks and the adult sauntered off. Izuku himself frozen in place, hand moving to touch his head.
It was odd, affection, true affection. His mother did things like hugs, but nowadays that was a once a month thing. And the fact that when he became homeschooled, she started to try and control his life more and work often. She treated him like glass, angering him to no bounds and making him start to avoid her like the plague.
Yeah, genuine affection was odd now.
A soft smile placated his face and tired viridian eyes sparkled, the happiness that clouded them faded in no time and he continued the walk. But he wasn't dreading the rest of the day as much as he had before.
He walked to the cafe he worked at, entering and being overwhelmed with the smell of coffee and sweet treats, a good type of overwhelmed. Greetings were shot his way from employees who recognized his face as he took a quick seat at the corner he frequents at.
His favorite cat of the establishment quickly pads over to him, jumping in his lap when he sits. Greeting her, he gets to work, plugging in his laptop.
An email is sent to Nezu, everything safe from any tampering the chimera could try and do as a second file on his computer that's under a inauspicious name.
From there, he has time to type up a whole explaination on their encounter on a seperate document. This is there to make sure he doesn't forget some things, and the recorder he brought in, not wanting to risk breaching UA again through the internet to get acces to the cameras.
A soft ding signifies another customer, welcomes calling out as the person walks to the counter and orders a black coffee with three espresso shots. From the black cat's head lifting, he noticed the pair of eyes on him, the hair on the back of his neck standing at the feeling of being watched.
He lifted his gaze from the computer and his deadpan stare lightly loosened at the sight of the familiar underground hero. "Pleasure seeing you again Aizawa-san"
A grunt is what he gets as an answer and the male takes to taking a seat, the cat in his lap moving to the hero for the lack of pets being given to her by Izuku due to his work. "Problem child" he curtly greets, dead set on calling the teen that. Makes sense why.
"What are you working on?" The query makes a wicked smile crawl onto the teen's face, making the hobo-hero regret asking.
"y'know, working on a lawsuit against UA if Nezu doesn't expell two students and move me into the heroics departmet" he states matter-of-factly eyes gleaming in a toxic manner.
A pause.
And another.
And another.
"What?"
"A lawsuit against UA"
Another long pause.
"Problem child...."
