"you should talk to him."

jungkook walked across the kitchen as he spoke, preparing some lunch for the two after a morning jog. they were both exausted, and hungry.

jimin rolled his eyes, shaking his head. "theres no way, i cant. not after i kicked him out after he found out i regressed." jimin rubbed his temples. "im such an idiot."

"yeah, that was a dick move. but its honestly not too late to change it." jungkook continued. he is at peace with their relationship, whatever it is. he doesnt feel the jealousy, or the fight. its just, nice.

it had been a week since the hookup, and since then, everything had been pretty normal. a few kisses and touches here and there, but for the most part, everything was okay.

it was a weird dynamic, to be honest. it wasnt exactly friends with benefits, but it wasn't exactly not either. whatever they felt comfortable with, they did. no labels. no strings attached, exept for the forever promise of friendship.

"what would i even say to him? 'sorry i kicked you out, wanna come over and play video games?' no! i'd just sound desperate and inconsiderate." jimin groaned, leaning back on the couch as his chest heaved.

"you could, you know, invite him somewhere public, or just here, talk things out. you both have a lot of questions. its seriously time you guys figured shit out. its been almost a month of this." jungkook explained. "and trust me, i know he wants to talk to you too."

"and what makes you think that?" jimin sighed, getting up and walking to the kitchen where jungkook stands, making fried rice and vegetables. jungkook ran his fingers through his hair, rolling his eyes at jimin.

"im kind of surprised you havent even seen it yet. he's liked you all this time. as long as i have. you both are just too scared to admit it to eachother." jungkook turned off the stove, moving the food to plates.

"whatever. ive never even seen him talk to a guy. all he ever does is go on shallow dates with hot girls." jimin giggled at the thought. jungkook showed a smile as well.

"and why do you think he went on all those dates, jimin? think about it. if you wanted to get over your feelings for someone, you look for other people or things to fill the void." jungkook explained. "i would know, i did the same thing. but instead of dating, i went to the gym a lot to keep my mind off things."

jimin took a plate, taking a bite of food as he spoke. "sure, but what if i end up slipping in front of him again? i called him daddy, kookie. theres no way im recovering from that." jungkook laughed at jimins statement, taking a sip of water before replying.

"if he's done his research, im sure he understands why. but speaking of, i havent seen you slip at all since that night. whats going on with that?" jungkook tilted his head, eating slowly.

jimin hadnt been little at all since he was with yoongi at the club that one night. it was a valid question, he just wasnt really sure how to answer it.

"i guess.." jimin began, "ever since yoongi took care of me, i dont really feel the urge unless i think about him. and lately ive been keeping my mind off of it. that might be why."

"you really need to talk to him, dumbass. he's already, finally accepted you. now its your turn to accept him." jungkook looked at him.

jimin avoided eye contact, sighing as he nodded. "you're right. i'll call him tonight."

// whats up!!

i think i have an idea on how im going to end this story. and, who knows, i think a sequel might come if i do end the story the way i think i will.

ugh, it feels weird thinking about this story coming to an end, ive been writing it since 2018 (yes, i know im terrible at updating) and to think now in 2020, it might be over within the next 5 chapters.

thats why im thinking of doing a sequel, mostly for myself. i want to improve my writing on the same storyline of the book im most proud of, and i want to see my writing style grow more and more.

okay okay serious question tho, are you ready?

yoonmin smut before the story ends? 👀

i love you guys!!
