A name is a really important thing and is something that can really define a person. Lemony Snicket for example had a name that described his personality. The word lemony can mean two things. Leaving a sour taste or someone who gets angry easily. Whether he liked it or not Lemony did know he matched those two descriptions due to his temper and his nack of leaving people in bad moods, or with a sour taste in their mouth. However, his nephew's name was definitely one he did not see coming.
"It's Percy-Luc" Charles said. Silence surrounded them quite tightly packed room now. "Uh was that Jacques idea" Sally said. "It was Olivia who told me". Charles responded. "She and Jacques may have discussed it but that's the baby's name. And it really fits him too, I can't wait till we get him. You guys are going to love him. It's been so long since I wanted to get that secret off my chest. But Olivia didn't want anyone to know until it was necessary to keep the baby out of danger.
"But is that all one name" Lemony said. "Of course" Charles replied as everyone else laughed. "I really could imagine Jacques thinking of something like that" Lemony said. This remark and a short conversation about the late volunteer caused the room to fall silent as everyone thought about how important he had been in V.F.D and how some of them were only there currently due to the brilliant work he and so many brave volunteers had done. "Let's get going" Hector said. We can't waste any time right now and we need to save Jacques kid, because he sacrificed himself for his son and the rest of V.F.D". Everyone cheered in agreement as the 5 going on the mission prepared to leave.
This speech from Hector was something Violet Baudelaire was still getting used to. She had not been with this new brave Hector ever and was still learning more about his past. She wondered how different things could have been if that Dr. Orwell woman had not brainwashed him for so long. "I guess we'll find that out now" she thought to herself. Everyone gave hugs all around saying their goodbyes and getting wishes of luck.
Violet had said goodbye to almost everyone as an excited Sunny showed her how she and Phil had taught Beatrice how to quickly spin on one foot before she fell down instantly. Finally, she hugged Isadora then moved on to Quigley and Duncan and gave them both one at the same time as they wished her luck. Finally, she saw Julia punch Klaus in the shoulder telling him that she would save V.F.D. all by herself and Klaus would just be sitting at home reading some lame book. As she left with the others she realized how much more full her life felt with this big new family.
