🍁 Gobber's been gone for awhile, I'm almost done sharpening all of the tools and weapons, which is a bit hard when people keep adding to the pile of tools that need work. I've just been watching the excitement outside the window as I sharpen the tools, I've done it so many times I don't need to watch what I'm doing too closely. I'm so angry, I just want to go do something! Even Fishlegs gets to help! I yawn and pull down my sleeves, even though I'm working with some hot metals and there are dragons breathing heat outside, I'm unexpectedly cold. I set down the last tool from the pile and stretch. The sun is already beginning to rise, unless I slip away before it rises anymore the dragons will all be gone and I won't get to do anything! I quickly set aside my apron and peer out the window before grabbing a sword and running out the door. I don't get very far before running into Snotlout, litterally running into his back. He turns around and laughs. "Try not to mess things up too much this time, you really screwed-" I interrupt him as I stand, picking up the sword that I dropped. "I'm going to catch a dragon this time-" now he interrupts me. "And not release a dozen already trapped dragons in the process like last time? Good luck, have fun with that." He laughs and turns away, running into the crowd. I sigh brush myself off. Maybe if I go around to the other side and attack the dragons from behind instead of running with the group I'll actually get a chance. I change my grip on the handle of the sword and dash into the streets. My heart is pounding as my feet move quickly under me. I almost trip as I slide around a corner, finding myself face to face with a Gronckle. I step(more like trip) backwards and hold up the sword in front of my face. The dragon inhales, preparing to send a shot of flames at my head. It exhales and I stumble to the side to avoid the blast. It takes me a moment to stand as the beast regains it's focus on me. I begin to walk backwards, keeping my gaze on the dragon, I need to predict it's actions to attack at the perfect moment. The Gronckle follows me, building up another blast while keeping it's attention on me. My heart is pounding but it's almost like I cannot feel the rest of my body, all of my focus is on my breathing and the massive scaly beast in front of me, pushing me farther and farther back down the street. I quickly dart my gaze away from the dragon and at my surroundings. Odin help me, a large building is looming up behind me, I'm cornered.
