The Agreement 34

Risette secretly showed her to her mom.

"Star, can mommy give you a backhug?" Risette asked her.

"Of course mom."

Star's real mom hugged her. Star is not aware that it's not Risette who is giving her a hug but her real mom.

"Mom, are you crying?"Star asked because she heard her trying to stop her tears.

In order for Star not to notice her real mom, Risette answered back.

"Am I?"

Star nodded.

"I miss you and I love you so much."

"Mom, I miss you and I love you so much too," Star replied thinking her real mother is talking to her.

The more that her real mother cannot stop the tears from falling so she stared at Risette.

Risette then held Star's hand and told her to look up the night sky.

Star's real mom left after she confirmed Star is really there. She has to stand to the agreement she signed. In her heart, she is more grateful that she survived. 

Star felt how cold her mom's hand.

"Mom," Star said and held her mom's hand. She noticed how cold they are.

"Mom, why are your hands so cold?"

Risette's hand were warm actually but because she felt so nervous so her hands became cold.

"Mom might be so nervous to lose you," she answered.

"Mom, if my real mom will come and beg for me, will you allow me to go?"

"Star, why are you asking that all of a sudden?"

"It's just that I miss my real mom too."

Risette hugged Star tightly. She hugged her not because she miss her but because she does not want to answer her question.

"Mom, can I see my real mom even just for a day?"

Risette didn't know what to say.

On the other hand, Star's mom decided to go home right away.

"Go home?"

"Yes, let's go home now," Star's real mom answered.

"Did something happen without my knowledge?"

"Nothing, I just wanna go back to Philippines."

"Don't you miss your daughter? Don't you miss her?"

"A lot. I miss her so much that I can't take being hurt this way. I cannot do anything but to feel hurt. Can't you see I'm hurting a lot?" she asked while tears are rolling on her cheeks.

Star's dad hugged her real mom.

"If that will make you better, then let's go home. But let me talk to Klein's father."

Star's real mom let him talk to them.

While she's alone she remembered the agreement she and Risette talked.

"Is my daughter alive?"

"What do you think?"

"I know she's with you."

"Whover is with me is my daughter, no one else."

"Please, tell me she's alive and it will be okay for me."

"She's my daughter."

"Does she looks like her?" she asked by showing Star's picture.

Risette suddenly cried and kneeled down.

"She's my daughter. Please. Don't get her from me," she pled sincerely that Star's mom was touched.

But then, thinking she has more right for Star so she didn't notice herself.

"She's my daughter and I'll get her no matter what happened."

As she heard it, she felt like threatened that she wiped her tears immediately and her mood suddenly changed as well.

"I'll make sure that you will never see her again, even her shadow."

"I miss her so much. Please give her to me. I am her mom."

"She calls me mom as well. I am her mother."

"Even she calls you mom, she's not yours."

"If she can't be mine, then I'd rather want her to disappear than to live with you," Risette told her.

Star's mom felt something is wrong about Risette.

"No, don't do that. You can have her in your life."

"Are you not going to get her anymore?" she asked with excitement.

Star's mom felt like something is really wrong so she just agreed.

"Ye, yes, I won't get her from you but please let me have a chance to see her. Just to see her."

"You think, I will just believe you? Let's make an agreement."

Because she only wants to see her daughter so she just agreed.

Then, someone called on her cellphone so she stop thinking what had already happened.

"Hello!"

The caller did not answer.

"Hello!"

The call was cancelled.

On the other hand, Anders' parents, were puzzled about their sudden decision.

"But why?"

"Elish mom just wanted to go home, I can't just let her go alone. Please update  me incase you'll have some new info about them."

After Star's dad left,

"I'm not going home without Klein," Anders' mom said.

Ander's parents were able to know about Aurore and they followed her secretly. They were able to see Klein and they were not able to hold their emotion. His mom run and hugged him right after seeing him. She cried while hugging him.

Star looking at them made her cry so she went to hide inside the house.

Anders looked for Star, he wanted to let her parents meet her but Star told him something unexpected.

"You go home. I'll just be the one to stay here. Mom and dad weren't here to take me out of here, so I am going to stay here."

"Star, I can't go without you."

"Kuya, your mom and dad are waiting for you."

"I won't go."

"Now that mom is not yet here, you have that rare chance to go."

"How about you?"

"I already told you, I'll stay here."

"If you wanna stay here, would you meet my parents then?"

"I already saw them. That's enough."

"Star, why are you like this?"

Then a sound of car just came in the garage. They know Risette was there already. They hurriedly went downstairs.

But then, Anders changed his mind, he wanted to hide Star rather.

"Let's not see her. Let's just hide."

"No, we can't do it to mom."

Anders grabbed Star's hand trying to change their direction.

"Kuya, don't do this to mom, she'll be hurt more that she's hurting."

"But I can't let you stay here. If I'll leave here, I'll make sure you're with me."
